Answer:
Thank you for your interest in Pergo.
The number of cartons you need is based on the total square footage of the room(s) you are planning to redo.
To figure out square footage
1) Measure each room. (e.g. 10’x10’)
2) Multiply the length of each room (in feet) times the width of each room. This gives you the square footage of that room. (e.g. 10x10=100) Repeat for additional rooms.

3) Add all of the rooms together.
4) Under each flooring décor on our website, there is a bullet for the total square footage a carton covers (this varies from décor to décor). (e.g. 17.64)
5) Divide your total square footage by the carton coverage. (e.g. 100/17.64=~5.668)
6) Round up (i.e. 6) to get the total # of cartons.
7) Now multiply that number of cartons by 10% to account for cuts and overage (e.g. 6*.1=.6)
8) Round that up and add it to your total # of cartons. (e.g. 1+6=7)
9) Now you have your total cartons needed. (e.g. 7) Read Less

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleased with product but not packaging This is the second Pergo floor we have installed. We are pleased with the ease of installation of both as well as how they look. My only suggestion is that Pergo needs to put some corner reinforcements in their packaging. We had 2 packages with crushed corners on all pieces. Our job was big enough that we used those as starter pieces and still had enough even though we couldn't use the rest for ending pieces. October 13, 2015
