Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Don Great looking floor
The end result was fantastic. I was a little disappointed in the tab system and how the pieces "clicked" together. Considering it was Pergo XP, I expected it to go together a little easier. It was tough to tap together without damaging the flooring. We installed over 700 s.f. and it looks fantastic. It was nice that I could get matching trim pieces to handle the top stair and transition to other flooring. It was a little frustrating that some Home Depots carry this floor in stock and some don't, so we had special order it from the warehouse. But, we were able to return any unused boxes to our local store, even though they don't stock it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by angiesweet best floor everrrr!
I m first time home owner and doing floor for the first time also, so abusolutely no experience. I am also a perfectionist, so spent a looot time comparing. I was not sure if its gonna look beautiful until the last minute. I hired homedepot contactor to install it and when it was done - I WAS THRILLED!!!! It's so beautiful!!! Looking elegant, highend, and very good quaility!!!! Thats exactly my type, so i am in love with pergo and this coffee colored floor! I dropped real wood furniture and my furniture got a dent but the floor was nothing damaged. I have two cats, and its so far no scratches or anything after four months. I also found it very easy to clean- i just spray the wood/laminate cleaner, any brand, and mop it. Its very coffee color and i think its a little bit dark- i would go with the other popular pergo the lighter one next time, but for now i am loving this rich looking also. I think it goes well if you like light color wall, and have enough light in your house. I recommend it to anyone prefers a darker floor, coz it looks so expensive and good.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ZE First time laying laminate... Love this flooring!!
I just bought a house built in 1994, which has never been updated. Still had what appeared to be original carpet. Before moving in, I wanted to rip out the carpet in the dining room and living room, to replace with laminate flooring. After a lot of research, and ordering a few samples, I opted to go with the 10mm Handscraped Hickory.
After tearing up the carpet and padding, I laid down 1/4" underlayment so the new floor would match the existing kitchen flooring (2 layers of underlayment and 2 layers of vinyl floor). I also decided to dress up the dining room a bit, and added a chair rail and painted.
Next step was flooring! This was the first time that I've laid flooring, but it was pretty straight forward. Do yourself a favor and read the instructions a few times. Also search Youtube for videos!! once you get the technique down, its pretty simple! I have a table saw, miter saw, and handheld jigsaw, so that certainly helped, but the same could be achieved using a circular saw and guide rail. In addition to power tools, be sure to have a dead-blow mallet, solid blocking to tap the flooring in place, a pull bar, and the wall spacers. Those last 3 can be bought together in an installation kit.
I read another couple reviews condemning this flooring, but from their pictures I can tell without a doubt that it was not installed correctly (even though they claim professionals did the job).
I would absolutely recommend this flooring to a friend, and actually my buddy who was helping me took a few pictures while we were installing it, and sent them to his wife.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bosch Easily scratches, fades from water contact
Installed this floor a little over a year ago. Chose this flooring based on other customer reviews, general advertising and recommendations from Home Depot. We have a 2 year old, and she pushes the chairs around the house. All the chairs have padded felt sliders on the feet, but as soon as it finds dirt or a small piece of debris on the floor, it instantly scratches the floor. We have had the same issue using our vacuum cleaner (dyson) on the floor, leaving deep scratches if there is any debris. If water gets left on the floor, even a small droplet, for more than 30 minutes, it will fade the floor to a white hue. If you have kids, this floor is a waste of your money. If you live alone and wear slippers only on the floor, you might be ok. Might be.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mike Great flooring!
For the most part, the flooring was great and really looks nice. I was surprised to accumulate almost an entire box of planks that were either blank or printed on the same side as the attached padding. Other than that, though, the flooring went down pretty easily and looks great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KBiebs We love our pergo floors!
We installed these floors in our finished walkout basement. Great quality, straightforward installation, easy to care for, and they look great! Our two cats immediately ran around on the new floors, and while you could hear the sound of their nails on the floor, there are no scratches. Highly recommend for pet owners.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kim Great Floor for the price
We bought this floor for our livingroom, hall and kitchen area.We have not installed in the kitchen as of yet but in the other parts of the house it looks beautiful.very durable. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. The only thing is I regret the dark color because it shows the pet hair but that is my fault not the products.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Granny Really pretty
This flooring is very rugged looking. I installed it in my computer room and two bedrooms. So far so good. It really looks nice and I wanted the stressed look and that is what I got. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a sturdy laminate flooring without going high end.
