Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Satisfied with Purchase This was a great experience from beginning. Purchased laminate online and picked up at the store. HD employees volunteered to load the boxes onto my truck. We chose to lay the flooring ourselves after we received the quote. My spouse and I watched a couple of YouTube videos on installing laminate flooring and decided it was worth trying. The laminate is very durable and out of 20+ boxes we did not find one panel that was flawed. They lock into each other securely and cut very clean with a mitre saw. We also ordered and installed the matching quarter-round. We are very happy with the outcome and the room looks awesome. I did mark this down in the Value category because I would have liked to have found this in the store so I could use my military discount; other than that, I have no complaints. August 2, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT PURCHASE We have had this flooring for a little under a month now. Scratches like crazy if the kids drop anything it dents deep. We just ripped up super cheap laminate flooring that we had for 10 years and it never scratched or dented!(.99sq ft) We have 4 children and a dog. If you have anykind of activity in your house I would highly reccommend looking else where for flooring.Everthing that is on the floors has the protective pads under them yet....SCRATCES EVERWHERE! UGH Hoping to see if the warranty help in any way with this. August 26, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Floor but some issues! Installed the Pergo XP in my master bedroom after previously using the Pergo Outlast (Differnt color) in another room. The XP has issues during installation. Had quality issues with two boxes that were inspected when opened. Frayed edges, missing laminate. The edges that snap in are very fragile and break easily. The Outlast was better made with longer tongues that required also no tapping to lock in. The XP takes a while as each piece must be tapped in. Be careful as they are fragile. One burr and it is over! I have two other rooms to do and because of the difficulty and I had a experienced installer helping me, I wont use the XP again. July 14, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Newly Installed and Loving It!! My friend recommended that I replace the carpeting in my town house with laminate flooring. I shopped around and fell in love with the beauty of Pergo Curly Koa. My friend is a natural with fixing anything and so he installed the Pergo with ease. He loved the locking system. Installation was pretty much a breeze for him, but tedious due to the up and down of measuring and sawing. One thing that we discovered is that you must pay close attention to all of the surrounding edges. On occasion we discovered a slightly raised/warped area on a laminate edge that when walked on after installation would actually cause a piece to begin chipping. You must inspect each laminate floor board before and after installation; otherwise it may be way too much work to correct the problem. It takes a good pair of second eyes on hand during the installation to catch these warps since the installer is focused on getting the job done. The floor moldings are still being installed. Anyways I love my Pergo Curly Koa soooo much that I plan to have it installed in each of my bedrooms too! March 9, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed!! We purchased this product because it was listed as being very durable (AC4 commercial grade)!!! We dog sat for someone and the dog peed on the floor once ruining (bubbled up on edge) about 5 boards in the middle of the room!! We called the store and of course that is not covered under the guarantee. I would not recommend this product if you have animal or if you can't wipe up your spills quickly!! May 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by looks beautiful I did not install this flooring, but I did not hear the person I hired swearing from the other room, so I guess it went in relatively easily. if I can get the picture to download, you can see how nice the flooring looks with the hundred-year-old wooden floors in in our November 10, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Won't do Pergo again!!! My floor looks good but many of the pieces were damaged. It suppose to be noise resistance but I can't tell a difference. It takes a lot of care to keep clean. I would say shop around, you can get a better product for the money you spend on this name product. June 4, 2016
