I would say Medium gloss and a light texture... a real light wood grain. Not deep enough to make it hard to clean! Stuff is very durable and easy to clean...

Answer:
We consider this a medium to low gloss finish.
The texture is a realistic embossed texture that mimics the pattern.
It is best to purchase a sample (either at homedepot.com or pergo.com) to review if it fits your needs and qualifications.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BAD PRODUCT I AM FRUSTRATED WITH THIS PRODUCT. THERE SO MANY GOOD LAMINATES OUT THERE IN THE MARKET. THIS IS NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT. September 5, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality It squeaks, i just installed i like the colors but i shoulded buy hardwood insteads August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great product Easy to install; make sure you tap each piece into place so that the gaps are minimized. Really helps to have a compound miter saw to install baseboards and quarter rounds. make sure you are happy with each row as you go. To go back and correct a gap, one has to take the whole floor apart. July 9, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of money! I was promised this would be more durable and very different from the "Pergo" stereo type. Professionally installed by a Home Depot contractor. Floors are squeaky in some areas. Chips easily and if by accident a ice cube falls onto the floor expect a obvious bump- same if a pet has an accident. The quarter round gets worn looking and you can see the edges peel off. Picks up dirt and when you clean it you need to buff out any streaks. I really wish I went with a different product. Wood floors were actually comparable in price. Do not waste your money!!! P June 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very-very disappointed I am very unhappy about this product. We purchased it only 6 months ago because of Pergo’s reputation and alleged high resistance to scratches but it scratches easily. In addition, it chips easily, peaking and indentations are scattered throughout random areas of all rooms and the hall. The flooring was professionally installed and all of these issues were not there at the time the install was completed. The floor marks too easily while traffic is minimal - two full time working adults and a little kid in school and no pets. And we are not wearing shoes inside. It was installed in every room of our large apartment so it would be very costly to replace it all. We filed the warranty claim with Pergo, which was immediately denied even though that HomeDepot hired independent inspector confirmed validity of our claim in his report. I'm very disappointed with this product and Mohawk Industries’ handling of our warranty claim. June 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pergo flooring great Product, good HD reference , we could not be happier July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by easy to install floor We installed the Peruvian Mahogany Pergo over a damaged (flower pot overflowed, cat accidents) engineered hardwood floor that couldn't be saved. We got 16 boxes for our 13 x 14 dining room and ended up returning a whole box. Not one board arrived damaged, so the shipper did a good job transporting it. The only issue we had was probably our fault. When we used the tapping block to tap the boards in, we occasionally damaged an edge, which probably happened 6-7 times. Fortunately, we were able to save those boards for cut boards, but that might have been because we used a Pergo tapping block from 20 years ago and it might have changed due to the tongue and groove not being exactly the same. Other than that and the mistakes we made, it was quite easy to install, though we've had previous experience with installing Pergo and other tongue & groove laminates. So far, the floor looks good. We'll see how well it holds up over the next few years. Our original 20+ year Pergo is the best laminate we've had and we've had five different laminates put in our house. June 7, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful product This is a horrible product. It so hard to clean.Leaves a smear every where over the house when you try to clean it..It scratches easily..I'm very disappointed with this product..will not recommend May 23, 2016
