Answer: 
I can't tell you for sure but I would throw it out and go buy a 10 lb bag of white sugar and mix it 1:4 ratio. . Most websites will tell you to keep nectar you mix yourself for only a week in the fridge.

I don't see one on my bottle but there is a small number on it. Not sure it's a date though. But sugar water lasts a long time. It won't be around long enough to spoil if you feed hummers.

I would say yes, as long as it has been kept in a cool and dry place. I see no expiration date on the one I purchased.
