Am very pleased with the sturdiness of the product since it's not flimsy like all the plastic feeders. I have been looking for a glass feeder this size for quite sometime and haven't been able to find one in the stores at this price point. I have also been looking for a feeder that didn't have total yellow flowers on it, too. It's the yellow flowers that cause the bees to gravitate to your Hummingbird feeders. Since the flowers are mostly white this was another huge plus for me. The only negative I see so far is the fact that it doesn't have an attached hanger but that's easy to remedy. It's a little too early for this year's Hummingbirds to return to our area but I'm excited to put this to use when they start arriving in a few weeks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good product I received this hummingbird feeder in the late summer. After putting it up close to another feeder I had up the hummingbirds found it. The problem I really have with hummingbirds in with ants getting into the reservoir. Unfortunate the hummingbird left before I could really tell. The feeder holds a good amount of food, but I usually don't fill it full most of the time just 1/2 full unless I have a large numbers show up. The feeder is also easy to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best HB Feeder I've had This hummingbird feeder has one distinct advantage over any other I've had: it is all glass and plastic, with no metal parts that can rust and contaminate the fluid. Hummingbirds have a keen sense of smell, and won't touch rusty nectar ( would you? ) Pretty soon they stop coming around at all. That won't be a problem with this feeder. It is is easy to fill, and has plenty of red on it to attract customers. I also like the smaller reservoir, which reduces waste. There is a small metal hanging hook stupidly hidden inside the base that will rust if not removed. It's not big enough to hand the feeder directly, but a loop of string fixes that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from second review - not so good after all I earlier left a good review for this feeder. I did not have it long enough. Eventually, the bees found it. One bee is all it takes, it goes back to the hive, does the bee dance, and they all head over. I had honey bees crawling over each other to get to the flower holes, and also feeding around the crack in the base that doesn't seal up very well. A few yellow jackets as well. With dozens of bees mobbing it, no hummingbird would come near. You wouldn't want to either, I had to hit them with the garden hose so I could take it down and have my patio back. The problem is that the bees can reach the nectar - the holes are too shallow. Whoever designed this thing didn't take that into account. Also, the threaded base broke off and I had to glue it back on. So bad design x2. The rubber seal on the plug went missing pretty fast too, luckily an o-ring fixed that. Bad design x3. I threw it away. All the feeders from this company have the same flaws, from the cheapest to the fanciest. I think they are designed overseas where there are no hummingbirds, so they can't test them. Home Depot should ditch the whole line. I found a neat one somewhere else, and now I have no bees and hummingbirds almost continually. What you want in a hummingbird feeder: small reservoir - no sense letting a large amount of nectar spoil in the sun large fill opening - so you don't need a funnel easy to clean - there's no keeping the ants from getting in, but they don't get back out feeding holes at least 1/2" deep, to foil the bees all-plastic/glass construction - no metal that will rust perches optional - the hummingbirds don't use them anyway

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hummingbird Feeder This feeder is attractive and does the job. Unlike some feeders I've had in the past, it opens from the bottom that unscrews easily. It's not hard to fill from a measuring cup without needing a funnel. I made 1 C of the hummingbird feed solution and it fills this feeder well, just about right. When you invert the feeder to hang, the liquid moves into the base and feed solution level is at about half. In my very hot climate, that's about right as I have to change it regularly because high heat causes spoilage of the liquid. Your hand won't fit inside to clean, so if you don't keep up with it & it molds, you'll need a bottle brush to clean it. All in all, does the job & is just the right size for my yard

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding! Hummingbirds' favorite! Very well-thought through product! The plastic bottom is easy to unscrew to add the liquid. Easy to clean with the "flowers" popping out just fine and get back in tightly (not lose). Little hook is a nice addition, so it's easy to hang this feeder. Our hummingbirds at first were a bit confused how land on this feeder, but they figured it out eventually and now - non-stop battles over who is going to land on it first. Even though the bottom is made of plastic - it appears to be of good quality and sturdy. Nothing cheap about it... RECOMMEND!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hummingbird feeder I have a couple of hummingbird feeders and this one has been added to my collection. It is very cute, solidly made and sturdy. The funnel fill at the bottom is unique but it actually makes pouring the nectar into it much easier with less waste. I have a few hummers that come to my yard but so far they haven't gone to this new feeder but my smell may still be lingering on it so that may be the reason. I really like the look, shape and ease of filling this hummingbird feeder and I believe you will also. I do recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice look I love seeing the humming birds. This feeder's nice design makes it even better. A good look was designed into this feeder to do the same thing all feeders do. It holds a lot of the sugar water which means it doesn't have to be filled often. That is good because it does do what all feeders do when you turn it upside down to fill it. It drip out the remaining sugar water. I really like it.
