Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bob565 Our little feather freinds are happy!!!!
Used this feeder for years - when it finally broke I was happy to find the same one as a replacement. It is not uncommon to see a dozen cardinals, wrens, and chickadees crowded around the 2 levels.
The one down side - high activity means buying more bird seed!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sdk126 Poorly packaged for shipping
The bird feeder arrived with a big crack on the plastic tube. There was no packaging material in the box to keep it from banging around. Returned to the store for a refund and went elsewhere.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by cp556 This is the one the birds love!
We have 11 bird feeders in our yard and THIS is the one they love. It empties every day, and that's a lot of seed being consumed.
The plastic tube does get brittle after being in the sun, though, and it can crack and break somewhat easily after a time. That's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. But if you buy this feeder on sale, that makes a difference when you want to replace it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Juliesboots My favorite black oil sunflower feeder
I've had 4 of the Double Panorama bird feeders over the past 4 or 5 years and I love them. *The only reason we've had that many is due to not getting them down soon enough at dusk and having the raccoons raid them.* Otherwise, they're pretty sturdy.
We have lots of birds, so I always have 2 of these out at a time and with the double feeding stations, many birds are able to feed at once. The feeders hold quite a bit of seed so I don't need to refill every day. Cleaning can be a process, as I disassemble the feeder (everything is held together with tabs) and then soak for a bit in hot water.
The only reason that I took away 1 star from the rating is that the "slots" from which the bird seed (these are good for black oil sunflower seed; probably not so much for very fine or small types of seed) empties into the tray are not quite big enough. We had to take a dremel tool to widen them a bit. Also, the whole feeder is held together from completely disassembling by a thin, plastic coated wire. After much use, the coating was starting to come off and we had to strip it with an exacto knife to be able to operate opening (for refilling) smoothly. Not enough of a bother for me to still not like this feeder.
Overall, a very good value and a great feeder; would recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deb22 Awesome, holds 10 parrots
This is my 2nd feeder, I actually bought it as a spare since the wild parrots (and all back yard birds) love it. At any time during the day I have at least 5 parrots per feeding deck on the feeder. This feeder has been named "reservations only"! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DR Dan Works great at dispening seed but is not durable.
I have have two of the dual feeders but noticed last year the clear plastic was yellowing and this year the feet that hold each tier together are cracking - it appears the plastic is not of high quality and has been compromised by UV rays. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Allison Best $20.00 I've Spent on a Bird Feeder
This feeder is frequented by more avian 'customers' than any of my other feeders and I believe it's due to the 'double decker' style which provides lots of feeding room. Dozens of finches in my yard flock to it every day while more finches wait nearby for their turn! It's large, well made, durable, holds a lot of seed and is easy to fill but is quite heavy once filled to the brim so be sure to have a sturdy place to hang it. If using a double-pronged bird feeder pole (shepherd hook), you may want to put something equally heavy on the other side to prevent the pole from leaning to one side, as I did (maybe consider getting two of these feeders, one for for each side?). The only negative besides the heaviness is that I wish the inner tube which is used to fill the lower half of the feeder was taller so it would make it easier to use two different kinds of seed for the bottom and top halves.
