Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rossko Not as simple to install as presented.
The kit comes with a elongated shower head arm, but the problem is to remove your current one which connect inside the wall and if it is like mine is practically impossible to remove unless you have access to where it connects inside the wall. Our house if only 1 1/2 old and i couldn't move neither of the 2 shower head arm I wanted to upgrade. The best system would be one where the sliding bar does not connect to your existing shower head arm, but only to the wall. I'm giving it a two star rating as I'm assuming that if you can install it, it could work decently.
Mine is going back.

We bought this last night (17-May-2013) and installed it in 30-45 minutes. Tried it once this morning (18-May-2013) and the experience was not as expected. We will be returning it when the store opens today.
Now the review; this product stated that it was an easy installation and no drilling was required. That is true but we didn't expect to be replacing a shower arm that needed some muscle.
The plumbers tape in the packaging was small so we used our own. We had to use the adhesive backing to attach the support cup for the slide bar as the suction cup was sitting on a grout line and did not have any suction.
We noticed that the shower diverter in the manual is facing the left side whereas the picture on the box shows it on the right side. It was a bit misleading as we would have liked it on the right side.
The instructions on how to use the shower diverter functions has a misprint. It labels the shower head as (14B) but the instructions state that it is (14C).
All-in-all the product looked promising and felt durable but the shower diverter leaks (even with plumbers tape around the threads), The stream of water is strong when using just the shower head (hand shower turned off) but when you use both the water runs slow.
So as Price Pfister states "it's the experience that matters" and our experience was weak.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by imperial58 Easily installed, all the required parts came with kit. The suction cup secures the bottom end very well and they include a glue on fitting for porous surfaces. Shower heads are ok but not spectacular, spray is quite coarse. Overall a good product for those who do not want to drill holes through there new shower stall.

While it seemed like a good deal, the product was only worth what it was being offered for, reason, most of the components were chrome plated plastic, cheap product at a premium price, though while it was very easy to install & main parts were of good quality.

This is the third Pfister® fixture in the last year that I've installed, and just like the other two, it's top quality, excellent finish, and was easy to install. Start to finish for this was ten minutes. I kid you not. No leaks, no squeaks, no drips.

My father in-law broke his knee and has to shower in a chair. This product was easy to install and made it much more confident for him. Lived up to expectations.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by mac52 Quite nice handshower/showerhead.
This is a very nice hand shower/showerhead. It looks like a very expensive fixture but was actually quite reasonable compared to many others we found.
