I was wanting to update our bathroom and this holder is spot on. Needed it to hold the jumbo rolls as well as regular ones and it works great. No excuses now for replacing the roll. Ultra easy to install, though you do need to keep in mind which way the roll goes on; right or left.

I loved this toilet paper holder, it matched our faucet and shower so nicely. BUT after a few months of regular use the 'ring' part came off the section that attaches to the wall, and to reattach it you need a very tiny screw driver, only to have to do it again every month or so. Now it is just a "hook" of sorts as the ring has not been reattached for the umpteenth time. I would advise another model or find a longer screw to attach the ring (if you can). I plan to exchange it through Price Pfister for another model. Same for the towel ring holder in this series.

The paper holder (and similarly designed towel "ring") are both made so that the bar points to the left. Unfortunately, this allows the toilet paper and hand towel to both easily slide off depending on where the holders have to be mounted, as they are in my bathroom (paper roll on the right side of toilet, towel bar on wall to left of sink, as the only options). It is possible to swing the bar over and mount the base "upside down," but it looks tacky because the tightening screw then faces up and is clearly visible, especially the silver screw in the rustic bronze fixtures. I contacted PricePfister's Customer Support, and was told that is the only way to reverse the arm, and that it does allow the screw to face upward. I would not have purchased those items if I had known that's how they were. I recommended to Pfister to redesign them so that the arm can point either direction without having the screw showing. I would think that the design could be easily altered to make it more asthetically appealing if installed either way. Anyway, just wanted to give a "heads up" to potential buyers about this issue.

The product is good looking and has a heavy feel. It'll definitely last a long time. One flaw...the holder has a small screw for adjusting and it keeps coming loose. In order for it to be adjusted, again, the whole thing must be removed and re-installed. Other than that, it is very strong material and offers a great look.

I received a beautiful new towel and toilet paper holder from the Pfister company, installed it and was VERY happy with the new product! Also, the customer service was awesome and helpful. I will definitely be purchasing Pfister products in the future!

This product is very nice and elegant looking, but not worth the countless times putting it back together. The holder part keeps coming out of the wall mounted part because the screw inside is not long enough. The same goes for the towel holder. Although, the grab bar has been holding up nicely.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by chasa2002 Love the look, but constantly needs tightening
We have had these and the single towel holders installed in our home for about 7.5 years. They look great, but the paper/towel hook regularly loosens from the stem/base and will eventually fall off. I have to go through the home regularly to retighten them, which is a pain because you need to loosen/remove a small screw underneath the hook, pull the hook out, then tighten the screw that hold the hook onto the stem/base, put the hook back in, and tighten the small screw. This requires 2 different sizes of screwdrivers.
