I am getting sick of it falling apart. My brother has to come over and put it back together for me every couple months. It's ridiculous. Especially for something that is supposed to be high quality and is pricey.

I loved this towel rack, it matched our faucet and shower so nicely. BUT after a few months of regular use the 'ring' part came off the section that attached to the wall, and to reattach it you need a very tiny screw driver, only to have to do it again every month or so. Now it is just a "hook" of sorts as the ring has not been reattached for the umpteenth time. I would advise another model or find a longer screw to attach the ring (if you can). I plan to exchange it through Price Pfister for another model. Same for the toilet paper holder in this series.

I love the fact it is not bulky and that I did not have to spend over 20 minutes putting this in. I love the way it looks and it does not take up alot of space.

The towel "ring" (and similarly designed toilet paper holder) are both made so that the bar points to the left. Unfortunately, this allows the toilet paper and hand towel to both easily slide off depending on where the holders have to be mounted, as they are in my bathroom (paper roll on the right side of toilet, towel bar on wall to left of sink, as the only options). It is possible to swing the bar over and mount the base "upside down," but it looks tacky because the tightening screw then faces up and is clearly visible, especially the silver screw in the rustic bronze fixtures. I contacted PricePfister's Customer Support, and was told that is the only way to reverse the arm, and that it does allow the screw to face upward. I would not have purchased those items if I had known that's how they were. I recommended to Pfister to redesign them so that the arm can point either direction without having the screw showing. I would think that the design could be easily altered to make it more asthetically appealing if installed either way. Anyway, just wanted to give a "heads up" to potential buyers about this issue.

Having read other reviews on this I nearly passed on it. It is a good choice if you are dealing with a stud mid-wall. I wouldn't use this with plastic anchors. I also used a drop of BLUE loctite on the screw to prevent it from loosening.

Towel ring was as pictured on site. So far, so good. The template for installation was missing in package, but my husband was able to install it OK.
