Answer:
Pfister Model # F-026-4CBY is not CEC compliant with a 2.2 GPM flow rate. As of January 2016, kitchen faucets are required to have no more than 1.8 GPM out put in California. However, Pfister Model # GT264CBY has a 1.75 GPM and is acceptable in California. Please visit your local Home Depot special order counter for pricing and availability.

Answer:
Pfister Model # F-026-4CBS handle will lift off after the set screw is removed. However, if the handle is difficult to remove, apply more pressure to the handle and lift it backwards. If further assistance is needed please contact Pfister Consumer Support at 1-800-732-8238.

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 101 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Plastic hand sprayer leaking from crack in seam After about four years of really light usage, the plastic hand sprayer nozzle has developed a small crack in the seam resulting in water dripping down the hose onto the cabinets below. It appears I have to replace the entire faucet due to this issue. Bummer! Now I have to keep the nozzle sitting in the sink to stop the wet cabinet syndrome. November 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Parts missing I give the product no stars. There were pieces missing from the sealed box which means quality control is terrible. Returned it. April 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Think twice before buying It looks beautiful but the plastic part of the sprayer that holds the sprayer in place broke off after less than 2 years and the sprayer does not work and never did work very well. I had to hit the handle of the sprayer with the palm of my hand to get it to spray - sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. Finally replaced with a better quality kitchen faucet. May 4, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Love the style but leakage and finish issues We have had this faucet set up for a few years and have already had to replace the sprayer as it was leaking. Now we have the sprayer leaking again, the faucet leaks and the handle leaks. The finish is coming off all 3 pieces as well. It goes so well in our kitchen but we now have cloths wrapped around the sprayer and water lever in order to keep the water from leaking under the cabinets. I would like to have these pieces replaced.....only thing with no problem is the soap dispenser. March 4, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sprayer leaks Fantastic looking faucet, unfortunately the sprayer leaked when I turn on the water and continues to lark after you use the sprayer. I contacted manufacturer and they are sending a new sprayer assembly. We'll see how that works. December 29, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice but problems a year after installed Don't buy this faucet, it has plastic parts that fail and stops the flow of water to your kitchen sink. Replacement parts are not available at Home Depot and takes 7-10 business days to ship new plastic part.......so no kitchen sink for a week........BUY A MOEN Faucet. September 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wow, such regret for such a beauty! This faucet came in our brand new home that we purchased from the builder in 2013. The soap dispenser went out within the first year. Now the faucet part is leaking in the middle. It is such a shame. September 5, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Low water pressure problem I bought this faucet because of it's sophistication, style and reputation of the brand. It has served me well up until I started to experience low water pressure. In reading all the reviews, I'm very disappointed that this is a common problem with this product. I don't want to throw it out. I love it and it looks good in my remodeled kitchen. I want to figure out how to fix the problem. I was told it could be debris/trash caught up in the pipe. However, the person that would fix it doesn't know how to re-install the faucet once it is dismantled. Is there instructions somewhere on how to disassemble and re-install this faucet to clean it from debris so that the water pressure can be restored? If not, how do I get my money back or replacement?
