Avanti Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Tuscan Bronze is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 27.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great looking faucet. The pull down is ok. I purchased this faucet from a large hardware chain. They had the displays up for the faucets they sell in the store. Found this one in the display. The display had the pull down feature pull back in perfectly each time. However, after installing the faucet in our newly remodeled kitchen, you actually have to align a tab to "push" the pull down back into place. Not exactly what I tested out at the department store. I was hoping to have a good looking faucet with a quick and easy return of the pull down feature. One out of two is all I got from this faucet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Make sure to order the mystery missing parts I bought this faucet online. I've found it on several website and NONE of them tell you that it comes without parts that must be ordered separately...the quick-connect adaptors for the hot and cold hoses and the pins to keep these connectors in place. Part numbers for these are 970-056 and 750-198. You must order these from I've found no other supplier, including the vendors of this faucet! Crazy? You bet it is. Why doesn't Pfister include these required parts with the faucet? So, I'm stuck washing my food and dishes in the bathtub until the parts arrive...probably 4-5 days because it's the weekend. I'm crazy mad about this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet and love Pfister service! I bought my first home 6 months ago and it came with this faucet in the kitchen. I love how soft it is to handle and control, love the pressure of water and how beautiful it looks, it has a leaf contour design very unique. This faucet is a great complement to my kitchen! I like to add that I had to replace the pull out hose and the company immediately sent it to me, what a pleasure to do business with a company like this. I will own this faucet for life, thanks Pfister!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Faucet with Logical Uses Installed this faucet about two years ago, bought from Home Depot. So far this faucet is still working excellent. Really like the way the spout can be positioned in any angle by just pulling it out a little while at the same time rotate the complete faucet from side to side. This enables you to manage washing bigger utensils. Have installed over 50 Price Pfister faucets over 18 years where only one needed a replacement cartridge.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just 1 hiccup - But good since! I have had this faucet for about a year now. Installation was a bit of a pain because the "quick connects" would leak because the o-ring got pinched. After replacing the o-rings a couple of times I applied some silicone grease and that resolved the issue. The only major issue I've had was 3 months into using it the spray button on the faucet head broke off and I couldn't use the spray anymore. I contacted Pfister and within a couple of days they sent me a new faucet head and replacing it was easy. Since then, the faucet has worked like a champ. Bought it at HD. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great warranty service This faucet is beautiful and great. All my guests love this faucet. The hose leak after 18 months. It's a pain to check all the stores that they don't carry the parts. I contact Pfizer by email. They shipped the parts for free in a couple of days. Great experience. I will recommend this wonderful product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good faucet This has been a great faucet for the past few years. When we did have a problem, I took a picture and emailed it to the service contact. Within a few days, I received an email confirming the problem and that a part was shipped out and to expect it in 7-10 days. Faucets inevitably fail in various ways depending on water quality. Price Pfister's use of email and ability to upload photos made the solution very easy. In the past, I would have replaced the whole faucet as it would have been easier given the old days of phone calls and, or snail mail.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Never been happy with this faucet. It begins to leak around the handle every few months and after everything under the sink gets soaked, we have to turn off the water at the stopcock, take the tap apart and hope it lasts better next time. We have had a replacement cartridge kit but that didn't fix the problem and we've had to take it apart at least six times in the 20 months we've had it. Not what we expected for a relatively expensive faucet.
