Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by dmek69 Excellent design!
I give this a good rating mainly because for just under $200 I would expect a lot better workmanship from a product that should last at least 5 to 8 years or longer.
The design of this model is what I appreciate most because the connections from the valve stem to the compression hoses are a snap to install with the metal clips and the slide off valve stem connectors.
The valve stem tops are made of plastic and the handles are of course metal, use your head here- too much pressure on the handle and crack goes the valve stem top.
The hardest part of this or any faucet install was the uninstall of the previous hardware. Make sure to use plumbers putty when advised and you're all set.
Very attractive faucet and matches my stainless steel sink nicely.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NoNameGiven Difficult to install. Pfister install support was terrible.
This faucet very difficult to install for the plumber and ended up leaking. It has been nearly impossible to get Pfister to send replacement parts.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Anonymous No water pressure, poor design
After installation (by a professional) I was immediately disappointed in the water pressure - a lot less than my old faucet. I never had a water pressure problem before. I loved the new design, but the pressure continually worsened.
I checked the aerator, the water connections, and eventually called Pfister. While waiting for parts the water output became a trickle, a drip, then NOTHING - only 4 months after installation!
A professional installed the new parts. Again the water pressure was only fair. I was expecting an improvement and asked the plumber about it. He showed me the part he replaced. It was a plastic T center connector with standard flex piping for each faucet, but the end connectors had a tiny hole less than 1/8" wide! That's it. An 1/8" opening for the water to pass through.
I called Pfister and asked for my money back. They said to send pictures so they could help me!
I do NOT recommend this product. It's nothing but trouble and Pfister Customer Service is terrible.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MimaG Nice design but poor quality
Love the design but had more problems with this faucet. Installed by professional and he said it was difficult to install. Had a problem with a handle after much communication finally got a new set shipped. A little over a year the hot water handle very hard to turn. Replaced with one of the extra ones I had. Then 3 months later faucet started dripping. Could not get it to stop. Ultimately replaced with a Delta model. So sad it only lasted a couple of years

I purchased this and was able to find knobs for my cabinets that were a perfect match. I love the height of the faucet it makes it so easy to fill pots. The sprayer has 2 settings which comes in handy. I found it very easy to assemble. One of my sons pulled it out to much and busted a hose, looking for a replacement piece right now. If I can't find it though, I plan on purchasing the exact same model again. Definitely worth the money! Happy customer.

Rather than a single solid assembly, valves are connected to spout body by short plastic tubes. Unfortunately the tubes are a tiny bit too long to allow a straight-across connection of all three parts and are FAR too short to allow a loop to accommodate the standard sink hole spacing. Consequently, one of the tubes ended up kinked after installation by the plumber, who said there was no way to fix the problem. Consequently, the flow rate from the cold side is far too low, much too low for the garbage disposal to work properly.
Our previous PricePfister ("PF") model was attractive and served beautifully for MANY years with one exception - the tube which connected the sprayer to the water supply would, over time, loosen and leak seriously. But PF always honored their lifetime warranty and sent replacement parts on the rare occasions needed. Finally, I asked PF if they had a replacement for the occasionally leaking tube and was informed that our model faucet was no longer in production and they sent the complete Bellport 31 Series faucet as a replacement. I have reported the tube-length problem to them but they say there is nothing further they can do. So my recommendation is AVOID this Bellport product.
