There are 2 in stock at store #1273 in the town of Irondequoit, Rochester, NY 14621 as of 2/26/14. There's the problem: I don't know where you live. This item was recently offered to the Home Depot Seeds reviewers which may be why it's out of stock online. Call your store and maybe they can find one for you.

Answer:
There are 2 buttons on the sprayer. Yes, there is a pause button.
The button for the shower spray remains depressed so you have continuous shower spray without having to hold it down. (I had another faucet that required you to hold the button down in order to have the shower spray). When the pause button is pushed and released, the spray goes back to a normal stream.

Pfister model F5297CNY offers 3 spray options accessible with a touch of button. Spray, regular stream and pause. The pause feature is not to be used as a shut off, if the water needs to be completely turned off it must be turned off at the handle.

Our current faucet "forgets" it's in spray mode once the water goes off, so it goes back to stream. Annoying. Does this faucet have a mechanical setting that will "remember" to stay in spray mode?

Model #: F-529-7CNY faucet will always turn on in stream mode. To activate the spray mode, press the toggle button located underneath the pull out nozzle. Once pressed, the nozzle will remain on spray mode until the unit is turned off or the button is pressed again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 138 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect replacement! Although the old faucet was horrible to take out of our existing sink set-up, the new faucet was simple to install and looks beautiful! There's even a tool included in the kit to reach up behind the sink and tighten the assembly! Nice feature that there is a plate to cover the 3 holes from the former faucet and the faucet has a sprayer nozzle that works and has a long extension tube for those tall jobs (or the occasional water fight in the kitchen!). Great product! July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great looking, works great, easy to install! I bought this because our Moen had become jammed up and wouldn't turn without a major effort. The old one was really tough to get out due to a lack of room between sink and wall. Even without a set of directions in the Pfister box (found some easily online) it was easy to install this faucet. Hoses are flexible and nice quality. The hose/wand was also very easy to install for retraction. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product. August 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Effortless water control Easy to install but make sure if you have a back splash that there is enough room from the mounting hole to the back splash so the handle doesn't hit back splash. I had to position mine with the handle in the front and not on the side. Quality seems good and the faucet is effortless to operate. July 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great faucet this was really easy to install. It took longer to get the old one off than it took to install this one. I really like it. July 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A good faucet The only reason I would not give this kitchen faucet an excellent rating is due to the drop down feature, which drops down fine, but does not go back up and "catch" easily. You have to line it up perfectly, and push pretty hard to get it and the faucet housing attached solidly. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value, elegant appearance and easy to operate Sleek design, ease of operation and overall great performance combine to make this faucet a good buy. May 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Faucet Installation was very easy and the faucet looks and functions beautifully. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the retraction of the faucet when you pull it out. The weight is heavy enough, but the design doesn't work very well with all the pipes that are under my sink. The hose tends to get stuck on any number of pipes and hoses down there between the dishwasher lines and the garbage disposal. But otherwise it is very good and the faucet tip clicks into the neck of the faucet so it doesn't flop down if the weight or hose is stuck on something. May 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love This Faucet My old faucet looked great but the water pressure had begun to decline. After trying several options to fix the pressure, we opted for a new faucet. I'm so glad I did, and my only regret is that we waited so long to make the purchase. This faucet not only looks beautiful, but the water pressure is back to normal. If you are on the fence, I urge you to give it a try. You can return it, if you aren't pleased. April 18, 2016
