I bought this at Home Depot in 2008. Worked great for the first two years, then the sprayer gradually stopped working. Last week it all stopped after trying the sprayer again. Thinking that my hard water might have clogged the sprayer, I removed it & cleaned it. Still nothing. Removed the sprayer entirely and capped off its connection to the bottom of the faucet. At least then I had running water. Then the faucet output decreased by about 75%. I removed the entire faucet again and completely disassembled it to isolate the problem. Turns out the diverter has poor quality rubber seals and o-rings. The rubber had partially disintegrated and pieces had clogged the diverter. I reinstalled the faucet, called Price Pfister and they are sending me a replacement diverter. Once that arrives I can remove the faucet again, tear it apart and replace a 5 cent plastic & rubber part. The rest of the faucet is relatively well made, it is unfortunate that such a small, cheap, yet utterly essential component is of such bad quality as to cause the faucet to completely fail.

I purchased this product because it looked good at a great price. This was an error. I do not recommend this product. I had to replace it twice in 2 years because the hot water handle failed (same thing both times - the faucet handle snapped and became innoperable). The first time, I thought it was an unfortunate problem with my unit. But a recurrence of the same problem made it clear that this is a manufacturing flaw with deficient parts. Don't waste your money if you want a faucet that will function for more than one year.

I purchased this sink a little over one month ago and it has now started to drip when the knobs are turned off. I also noticed the hot water knob is shaky and seems like it is about to snap off. I unscrewed the wobbly knob and then put it back on but that did nothing to fix it. Will be returning this item as it obviously is already a piece of junk after just a few weeks of use!

Installed and worked for 2 1/2 months then started pulsing with hot or cold or both turned on. At first made a thump when turned on but then worked ok until the pulsing started. Back to Home depot within the 90 day return policy. Purchased another brand.

We have this Kitchen Faucet already but need to replace it now. With all the gunk in pipes and water, the sprayer plugged up and the faucet drips. But that's ok because the price for this is really good. I love the way it looks on my sink. It has lasted many years. I like this style so much, I will always buy it if and whenever needed again; if it's still being stocked!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jsdflgkjs dimensions posted are not accurate
The faucet is great, but the dimensions posted on the home depot site listed the faucet as much taller than the 12' it really is. That was the only disappointment. The manufacturer is reputed to be the best--lifetime warranty and prompt service. Easy to install and good quality.

I would rate this five stars except for two minor "faults" in my book. The first is that the faucet crook swings past the base line, allowing water to run behind the mounting plate. The second is that the outlet in the neck is not quite all the way to 90 degrees, but rather a little less, which creates a bit more splash than I like. Otherwise a lovely piece of kitchen hardware!

I like the arch of the spout and the design of the base. The quality and price were important. Of all of the choices, this one had everything.
