I would say that this is a water flow or connection issue.
1. check to make sure your water lines (under the sink) are opened all the way/turned all the way on. 2. Turn the water off to both the cold and hot water (under the sink). Disconnect and reconnect the supply lines to the faucet. Turn ONLY the cold water on and use the faucet on the cold side. Do you hear the noise? If not, then also turn the hot water back on and try the faucet on both cold and hot water settings. If you don't hear the noise anymore, your problem is fixed. If you do hear the noise, at least you will be able to figure out which supply line it is coming from. Read Less

Answer:
Most kitchen faucets have an aerator. You can tell this by looking at the faucet. If there is a screen when you try to stick your finger (your choice) up the end of the faucet, that is the aerator. If there is no screen, there's no aerator.

The aerator at the end of the faucet does unscrew off. To use a portable dishwasher you may need an adapter. For more information please contact Customer Service at 1-800-732-8238.

Answer:
Nothing hard about it. Turn off water. remove handles with screwdriver. Take out guts with a adjustable wrench. Go to home depot ,get new one. There are lots of them, so ask them to help and I didn;t even need to look. Got what I neeeded. Put in faucet new guts and tighten with wrench ,put handle back on. Put screws back in handle and tighten. Done. I just did mine.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disapointed with spray hose base not being metal The main unit is quite good, but the plastic parts make this much less of a bargain, especially the base for the spray hose. This needs to be able to withstand the forces of the hose sliding through it, and it does not. It broke within a week of being installed, because it is plastic. The only reason I still rate this as average, is because the main unit works well and I see most other brands units in the same price range have the same plastic construction in places that should be metal. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not buy! Within two months, the water pressure dwindled down to almost nothing. Lifetime warranty means getting new catridges every two months to keep the water running. Who wants to fix their faucet every two months? Spend $20 more and get the Delta Verrona February 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by really nice faucet I bought this faucet in 2005. This week I needed to fix a dripping problem. Went to home depot got new stem, easily replaced and back to normal in 15 min. Don't know why everyone is having so much trouble, but mine is 10 years old and still looks like new. I am female and I replaced it on my own. Someone said parts only available online. But home depot had all I needed to fix. No problem with my faucet and I am happy with the product. If you want to pay 600 for a faucet you may still have problems. Phister is no worse then delta or moen. Depends who you talk to. So I can not say anything bad. November 9, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great, but didn't last long First, let me start by saying that I have bought quite a few Price Pfister plumbing fixtures over the years and most have been good purchases. This one has been a huge disappointment. I installed one of these in my rental about 4 years ago. Looked great and made the kitchen look much better. A few months later, my tenant was complaining about a leaking sprayer. The housing cracked and would spray a fine mist toward the wall - I bought a new sprayer and at least that part was fixed. A few months later, she complained about low water flow on the hot side. Okay, took the faucet apart and found out there was some sediment which was blocking the flow of water. Cleared it and it worked fine. A few weeks later, water is leaking from under the plastic base! THAT'S IT! I tore it out and bought a cheapo replacement faucet. All the other stores were closed, so I bought it at the 24 hours "everything we sell is cheap, low quality" discount store. The replacement faucet looks much cheaper, however it works. That was over three years ago and no problems. A couple years ago, the faucet at my sister's rental had the same problem - she bought her's about a year after I bought mine. Same problems, cracked sprayer, clogged hot water line and then leaking from under the plastic base. I helped her replace her faucet with a different new one. I have five rentals and the two that I installed Price Pfister kitchen faucets are the only ones I've had to replace. I am disappointed. February 2, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Defective faucet Purchased this faucet one year ago when the kitchen was remodeled. Within 9 months we began to loose water pressure. after many calls to Home Depot, and reading all of the review it appears that the manufacture is aware of the flaws and state the regular maintenance by a professional is required. So the faucet cost less than $100.00 but the plumber is $125.00 so the first year I have spent $225.00 for a defective product and they expect you to continue to pay the plumber fee for how many years you want to put up with the defect. I recommend you take the product back to HOME DEPOT if you have your receipt and request a store credit and purchase a Delta, Moen anything but this faucet. May 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fail Bought this unit about 3 years ago. 7 months ago we had to replace the handheld sprayer which had been leaking terribly. Now we have to replace the faucet portion because our water pressure slowed to a trickle -- it apparently clogged up with sediment? I don't get it. We have a filtered water system. Must be very sensitive. Also, the sprayer was annoyingly NOT flexible unless you ran hot water through it for several seconds. The generic replacement we bought was so much more flexible and nice to use. I plan to upgrade to a similar style Moen faucet that has high reviews. February 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Problematic from the start I usually don't write a review first thing. I give the product a chance just in case there are things that can be fixed or replaced. I think this gives the manufacturer half a chance and isn't unfair. But this faucet assembly is one of the poorest. I got rid of a Price Pfister that started leaking at the base and replaced it with this one. From day one, the water pressure has diminished to a point of slow trickle now. The aerator is fine. This has blockage in both handles and has gotten steadily worse. I assume it can be fixed as long as I buy all new assemblies for both hot and cold sides but it isn't going to happen. I don't recommend this faucet on a good day. May 11, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ugh! Don't waste your money We've had this faucet for 2 years. When we first installed it the water pressure was just a trickle. I was filling the sink to wash dishes and all of a sudden there was a thump and the water pressure became normal. Cool. Today we had a leak from the pipe underneath the sink so I had to turn off the water to prevent my kids from using the kitchen sink and making a water mess. Now the pipe is repaired and the water is turned back on, but we again have no water pressure and I can't seem to get it back. How frustrating. Really, this product needs to be discontinued rather than to keep selling such a substandard product. July 7, 2014
