Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean design, elegant and practical I selected this product to compliment a new vanity. I enjoy using it everyday, the faucets operate so smoothly. It is very pretty and pop-up drain so practical. I wasn't sure it would be large enough but it's look is artistic and it stands on its own perfectly. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good faucet. Had issues with the handle sticking and hard to turn but were quickly resolved when I called and explained the problem. Replacement parts were shipped immediately and I was not asked extensive questions about how, when,or why problem occurred. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad faucet came with broken parts Defected faucet came with 2 broken parts. Since this is a discontinued product, we had to contact manufacture to re-send the broken parts. Had to pay shipping again. Requested 2 parts, only 1 came. Now we need to re-contact the manufacture to request the other piece. Perhaps another shipping charge, and 2 weeks later.. .still nothing. very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased with the faucet. The faucet was easy to install. There were no issues with leakage with the water connections which I have never seen before. Since the connections are just slip in place and "O" rings I was leary. I am very happy with the performace and quality of the faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Came with broken part twice First, the website told me my local store had 3 of this faucet available. I ordered two for store pick-up but got a call that they actually only had one. At least they called, but then I had to drive to a farther Home Depot to get the second one. Next, I bought the second faucet at the farther Home Depot but plumber said the right stem (cold) was broken on this one and leaked no matter how installed. Okay, back to the farther store to buy another. Call the plumber for a second house call and this third faucet I bought had the exact same problem so couldn't be installed. Tired of going to Home Depot so I called Pfister and they say they are sending me a replacement part, no charge. Will need to pay for a third plumber house call when that comes in. So 2 of 3 faucets defective and I'm paying my plumber for two extra visits. Not good. Third and finally about the faucet- shape looks very nice and was taller than I expected, probably since I was replacing old squat ones that I was used to. My first brushed nickel and I'm not sure I like the dull look, but that's me. I don't think it hides water spots really, they just look different. The arm swivels, which I don't need but some may like. Drain cover is one large circle that covers all the drain and is opened by pushing down on it. Again, I'm not used to such a big drain cover so looks a little odd but now I see many faucet sets have these now. But will be hard to clear clogs and if the sink is ever full of dirty water (not as likely in a bathroom versus a kitchen) you'd have to put your hand in the dirty water to open the drain. So I like the style, the generous size, the handles have a substantial feel to them, but TWO extra plumber visits? Hope you do better than 2 of 3 defective faucets.
