Customer Questions & Answers

Does the lifetime warranty cover cartridge?

My shower is dripping water and it happened to another one of the same type and brand and I had to hire a plumber to fix it and he replaced the cartridge and charged me over $150 for it.

Customer Reviews

Marielle Single-Handle 1-Spray Tub and Shower Faucet in Brushed Nickel is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from the description says metal Word to the Wise... double check the product before you leave the store. The description says metal, and the display was metal, but when I opened up the box in the store to check the fitting size I'd need, I noticed the spout was plastic. There was another box on the shelf, same exact model, that had a metal water spout.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mostly good Everything was built well except the downspout. It has the same look as brushed nickel but it is plastic. Everything else is metal and is of good quality. Defiinately use the tape on the screw joints though. I am a plumber and had some pipe thread sealant and put that on there instead of the tape and couldn't get it to stop leaking. Then I took it back out and put some pipe thread tape on there and had no problems at all. Overall, I would say that this is a good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Price Pfister Marielle Just installed in a bathroom remodel and love the product. the installation direction were clear and easy to follow. The quality of the unit was extremely high and the look and feel, from what I heard yesterday from guest at my 4th of July party, and several of them were professional remodeling contractors, was really great. We're looking to replicate it in the guest bathroom next.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nickel finish poor When I bought this item it was in a Price Pfister box, so thought it would match the PF sink faucet in polished nickel finish. This design of faucet looks closest to the PF Catalina faucet I purchased, but after paying someone to install, the finish of the two do not match at all, even though they both are supposed to be brushed nickel! This tub faucet looks more like stainless steel, unlike the brushed nickel of the PF Catalina brushed nickel faucet! Also I don't like the way the water splashes instead of pours out of the tub spout and leaves water spots all over the tub spout and plate. Also don't like the backwords dial for cold first and hot in the same direction, Hot is usually on left and cold to right, this faucet has both to the right and cold comes on first and then up to the hot. In other words there is only one control and one direction to turn on and that is to the right and upward for temperature and no control of pressure.
