Customer Reviews

Parisa Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A note about Directions Beautiful faucet, good features like strength of spray and spray to stream. Better quality parts than the old Moen we had. One note though: the hose is packaged with the sprayer and the quick connect attached. The Quick Connect has to be removed before you can secure the unit; the hose won't go through the tightening ring. The sprayer needs to be removed at the other end beforehand. You need to run water out of the hose to be sure it is clear of debris before attaching the sparying end. You can notice this on the pictures. Just to save you some time. The packagers at Pfister aren't talking to the people doing the instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent faucet overall Have had the faucet since 9/2004. It has given excellent performance in spite of the constant use on a daily basis. As two senior individuals who rarely use the dishwasher we make use of faucet countless times every day. The pull-out feature is extremely handy when having to fill a large container of water. Periodically (several years) the cartridge has to be replaced but a call to Price Pfister results in a rapid shipment to our house. Would definitely buy another one. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Headache faucet Installed this about 8 months ago and now am trying to return and replace it. First problem; the handle would not stay on. There is a set screw on the handle that must be allen wrenched into the cartridge. Mine could not go through the handle and into the cartridge slot. A manufacturing defect. So I got sent a new handle that worked. Second problem; the cartridge was not stiff enough to hold the handle from slipping and turning off the tap. You could only keep it running under high water pressure. For low pressure, the handle would fall and shut off the tap. Very annoying if you don't always want to have maximum pressure. Talked with Customer support and they are quick to send you replacement parts but they are no good at dealing with actual design and engineering faults. I am in the process of replacing it and going after a refund while it is still under warranty. I hate it and do not recommend it . Home Depot staff have been good so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucet! We've had this faucet now for a couple or months and are very happy both with the way it works and looks. I'm taking away 1 star because when the faucet is not turned onto a low pressure stream it starts to slowly turn itself off. I'm fine with it though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my new kitchen This is my fourth Parisa Pfister kitchen faucet. I origninally bought it to replace the faucet in my mountain home. It was a perfect replacement. Since that time I have remodeled a downtown condo, a beach home and now our new home. Each kitchen has the Parisa kitchen faucet. Because of the quality and style of the Parisa, I also bought Pfister bathroom fixtures for two of my remodels. Not only is the Parisa great but the warranty on each is also really great. The faucet in my condo kitchen stopped workiing. I called Pfister and the sent me a replacement within four days - no shipping, no charge. Can you get any better than that? Thank you Pfister for great products and superb customer service. Yes - I will buy again on my next remodel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet This faucet started leaking after 3 years. When I requested replacement part, wrong part was sent. Had to buy new tap ($200 and have it installed $130) not impressed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the spray feature We purchased it originally in 2006 and loved it. The spray faucet broke in 2045 and I was surprised that we were sent a replacement. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
