Customer Reviews

Parisa Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 115.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A note about Directions Beautiful faucet, good features like strength of spray and spray to stream. Better quality parts than the old Moen we had. One note though: the hose is packaged with the sprayer and the quick connect attached. The Quick Connect has to be removed before you can secure the unit; the hose won't go through the tightening ring. The sprayer needs to be removed at the other end beforehand. You need to run water out of the hose to be sure it is clear of debris before attaching the sparying end. You can notice this on the pictures. Just to save you some time. The packagers at Pfister aren't talking to the people doing the instructions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Headache faucet Installed this about 8 months ago and now am trying to return and replace it. First problem; the handle would not stay on. There is a set screw on the handle that must be allen wrenched into the cartridge. Mine could not go through the handle and into the cartridge slot. A manufacturing defect. So I got sent a new handle that worked. Second problem; the cartridge was not stiff enough to hold the handle from slipping and turning off the tap. You could only keep it running under high water pressure. For low pressure, the handle would fall and shut off the tap. Very annoying if you don't always want to have maximum pressure. Talked with Customer support and they are quick to send you replacement parts but they are no good at dealing with actual design and engineering faults. I am in the process of replacing it and going after a refund while it is still under warranty. I hate it and do not recommend it . Home Depot staff have been good so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy, Well Made and Elegant I had this beautiful product for several years now and it still looks and work like new. The design and the quality are superb. What is even more superb is the Pfister customer service and their prompt responses to any questions. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucet! We've had this faucet now for a couple or months and are very happy both with the way it works and looks. I'm taking away 1 star because when the faucet is not turned onto a low pressure stream it starts to slowly turn itself off. I'm fine with it though.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice looking and easy to use. Purchased original 6 years or more ago and have replaced twice. Sure replacement's are free but I still had to pay a plumber Now the 3rd one is starting to do exactly the same thing.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Viva La Parisa Love this faucet. Installed in 2007 during a kitchen remodel. Everyone loves it. The best feature is the smooth action of the lever. It has the feel of a quality product. The lever stays where you put it and does not drift like some faucets. The finish is great and looks like the day we installed it . One problem, since the (Yoke) is not rotated much, over the years it has become hard to move and there does not appear to be a way to lubricate it to allow for smooth rotation. Not a big deal since we do not have a need to rotate it much. But it is hard to move. Just so you know, my daughter just had her kitchen done over , and she selected the " Parisa".

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Kitchen Faucet Nice single-handle pull-out faucet, purchased to match other stainless appliances during a kitchen remodel. In use for about 6 years; no major issues, just minor -- the pull-out nozzle has suffered a few scratches (the material / finish seems too easy to scratch) and seems a lot looser in its holder base than when new, and when swiveling the faucet on the deck, it tends to squeak (may need to be re-lubed inside). At least there have been no leaks. Only reservations are that I now prefer a "higher" model, as this one sits relatively low to the deck.
