Positives of the Pasadena Faucet in slate…
*Slate Finish is GORGEOUS!
*I love the notch the pull-down has to lock itself back into place upon returning the nozzle to its home.
*Comes with a soap dispenser.
*The flow of water on the two settings is great.
*The scale is perfect for anyone who has a double sink (or a single one too). It really does reach both areas very well.
This faucet feels solid and very high-end… which to me translates into durable!!
The finish is great because it hides all water spots & fingerprints…. What clean freak doesn't love that?

I just remodeled my kitchen and installed all GE Slate appliances. This faucet matches so much better than the 200 I looked at. It's beautiful and sleek looking. Love the smudge proof finish. And we felt the price was very reasonable.

This faucet is to die for we had a nice one before but the spray neck always would hang down . This was a nuisance and made the system look cheap. We love the higher neck and the spray head has a heavier weight along with a snap lock system to keep it in place. The Slate color is a great complement to our granite tops. This system has a supplied soap dispenser that matches the soap holds much more volume than our old unit. Installation was very easy as taken the old unit out then installing this system the total time was approximately 1/2 hour . The only thing I wish was different is the supply lines are not braided but that is just my preference not a show stopper. I recommend this to anyone looking for a high neck system built in spray head that stays in place when put back in neck

We remodeled our kitchen last November, so we've been using this faucet for 9 months. We also purchased new GE slate appliances and the slate finish on this faucet goes perfectly. A few things I love about this faucet: 1) we have hard water and this finish does not show stains like a chrome or stainless steel finish would (like my sink!!). 2) beautiful single handle design 3) well built with ceramic disc 4) the sprayhead docking technology works really well. Who am I kidding, I love almost everything about this faucet, so I'll stop counting. The install was easy as advertised. We installed it backwards on purpose, as we didn't have the clearance. Pictures provided.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we did have to take the handle off recently and tighten it up to stop a leak. It was fairly easy to do once we got the right tool to get the handle off (little hex/allen). Because it has ceramic components it just needed to be tightened, nothing had to be replaced. So I would still recommend this faucet.

We had to purchase this quickly when our previous faucet began leaking. It was one of our favorite styles in the store, especially at that price point, and was the ONLY one we saw under $200 that came in slate.
Very easy to install, but had to turn base slightly so handle could pass under bar portion of counter (see pic) when turning water to hot. If you have a 2 tiered counter, make sure there is enough room behind the faucet for the handle to clear when turning water to hot.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MomtheBuilder Beautiful, large kitchen faucet
This faucet is really modern and elegant looking. It's quite a bit larger than the one I replaced, but I love the oversized look and the way it opens up more space in the sink below. the finish is gorgeous and does not show water spots easily. The sprayer is nice and strong. I definitely would buy it again and recommend it to friends. It's also easy to install.

First off the picture does not match the color of this faucet it is a lot darker and lacks the shine in the picture. It is more of a cobalt in color bordering on black as you can see in the pictures.
That said it is well made and easy to install, directions are good and easy to understand. The one gripe I have is the hot and cold lines are to rigid and don't bend well if needed to make a connection.
Other than those two things it is a well made faucet and should hold up well,it is large and works well for filling pots and makes the since look like it has more room.
The color of the faucet would look nice with a dark granite or other dark counter top,I probably wouldn't mach it up with something light.I would use a chrome or brushed stainless for the lighter tops.Fit and function is top notch and I would recommend it.Just make sure the color is what you want.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NoMorePfister Bad design, worse customer service
Had it for one year and one one week then the plastic coupler exploded. This piece bears the brunt of force when the two pound weight assists the faucet head back in its place. Why this is made out of plastic is beyond me. Of course customer service has a whopper of an excuse. The government made us change from leaded pipes to all plastic, we are doing it for your safety. So the crack engineering staff over at Pfister can't find a single material between leaded pipe and plastic.
I call to get the part replaced and they are on back order. They have ordered 60 pieces a month ago and another 60 two weeks ago. News flash Pfister supply department, this part is going to break on every faucet that it is on, stock up. So no plastic part will be available for at least a month, can't have my kitchen sink out of order that long. Their solution was to generously ship me (as long I pay for shipping) a very downgraded, returned model to replace the faucet that I have. Nowhere near a satisfactory solution to the problem.
A faucet should last virtually forever, this one didn't last virtually a little while. Not a happy customer.
