hole size requirement for pfister faucet bought at HD

We just purchased a pull down kitchen faucet (Pfister Pasadena F-529-7PDS). We have also purchased granite countertops from HD and need to be able to tell the installer the correct size to drill the holes (we will be doing the two-hole intall -- one for the faucet and one for the soap dispenser). There is nothing on the documentation included with the faucet or on the Pfister web site that provides this information. Because it's granite, we only have one shot to get the holes right. Your assistance is appreciated.
Asked by: Anonymous
I would give the faucet and soap dispenser to your countertop contractor let him cut the holes to match your faucet and soap dispenser.

Where can I purchase the soap dispenser bottle?

Our unit was missing the soap disperser bottle and the contactor never informed us it wasn't in the box. We are now selling the property and realized it wasn't attached to the top of the disperser.

Specs different on same model different color?

I am also considering this faucet in slate and was surprised that product comparison revealed different specs for the two models. For example, the faucet in slate has adjustable flow rate and in stainless does not. Is this correct?
Asked by: lmhc
The Pasadena model has the same specifications on both models regardless of the finish. These descriptions will be submitted for correction.

It's less than two years old and the spray head leaks from the switch. Really disappointed as this was my first Pfister product.

The most common leak problem is on the top part where the hose and pull handle join. If you have this problem it is an easy fix. Remove the handle from the hose. Look inside the hose there should be a plastic 10mm allen bolt. Use a 10mm allen to tighten a little and that should fix your leak. Well at least it did for me. Hope this helped.

Do recommend considering placement as we had quartz countertops installed at same time and water does hit back of sink. However in less than a year, the sprayer button suddenly started leaking and water pours out of the button versus spout. Very concerning for a house of 2 that doesn't utilize the sink that often.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaking Faucet Head I owned this faucet 2 years and 4 months before it started leaking. It was installed by a professional plumber and had minimal usage as it was used in a single person household. The button to transfer between stream and spray is now leaking. I did a lot of research before purchasing this faucet and am extremely disappointed in the lack of quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2 head replacements in 6 months I have just called to get a second replacement head in less than 6 months. Seeing the reviews, looks like this is a design flaw. Although it has a lifetime warranty with free replacement (and replacing the head is simple) don't know that I want to have to deal with this 4 times a year. It's too bad, because it is a very nice looking faucet.

At 6 months, the cartridge needed to be replaced. Now at 12 months, the hose connection at the sprayer needs replaced. Also doesn't seat very great to the sink, allowing junk to collect.
