The faucet is very nice and my wife and I are quite happy with it. I ran into some problems during the installation that turned it into a long project, however. After I had the faucet installed, no hot water came out. After much wasted time troubleshooting, it turned out that there was a little black piece of rubber stuck in the valve assembly - once removed it worked fine. This was obviously a problem introduced during the manufacturing process. My advice: if you run into flow problems, don't assume your installation was faulty - pull out the valve assembly and check for contaminants that shouldn't be there. The instructions for doing this are in the operating manual, not the installation manual.

So I opened the box and read the directions, about 3 times, I felt I could install this myself.
I cleared out the stuff from under the sink place a layered towel down to lay on, got a roll of toilet paper to place the flash light in, to hold in place and give me light.
I looked at all the supply lines and realized what goes where.
turned water off, with in 90 mins I had my new kitchen faucet installed

Very good water pressure. Slate color looks great with our black granite sink. Sprayer works great.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Niqui Great faucet that won't break the bank.
We were looking for a replacement faucet without spending too much on a higher-priced model.
We like the long, detachable sprayer with two settings. It helps to rinse down our large farmhouse sink, and sits securely in place when not in use. We have well water, and the fact that the faucet surface and the spray nozzle are easy to clean helps since we get mineral build-up over time.
My only disappointment is in some of the materials. Plastic pieces probably allow for the lower price point, but I worry about their durability. However, the lifetime manufacturer warranty should take care of that should anything happen.
I definitely recommend this faucet for anyone looking for a nice faucet with multiple features at a reasonable price.

Looked a t several brands of faucets when doing my kitchen remodel and found this one, especially liked the color. The pull down sprayer is so convenient and handy. I have had used Pfister in another home before and found the quality and value for the price to be exceptional and would recommend it to anyone.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rexosaurous Handle flips both ways
The faucet is nice looking and appears to be well made, but all the pictures show the handle in the vertical position and we assumed it came forward only. In reality the handle flips back for hot and forward for cold. We have a bar behind our sink with a granite counter top. The handle hits the granite counter top when pushed back. If you don't have anything behind the faucet, it should work nicely.

This faucet looks great but the handle hits the wall. And, we had it for a year and a half and it was leaking from the handle and nozzle. It has been leaking so badly our quartz countertops and under the sink have water damage. Our plumber couldn't fix it because they don't stock the cartridge for Pfister that needed to be replaced. I called Pfister and they sent out the new cartridge but we couldn't get the old cartridge out. We broke the stainless steel of the product by trying to get the cartridge out with with our handy man and I wasn't paying the plumber to come again. So, we removed it from our kitchen and purchased a Moen kitchen faucet. Please beware and purchase a different brand.
