The faucet is very nice and my wife and I are quite happy with it. I ran into some problems during the installation that turned it into a long project, however. After I had the faucet installed, no hot water came out. After much wasted time troubleshooting, it turned out that there was a little black piece of rubber stuck in the valve assembly - once removed it worked fine. This was obviously a problem introduced during the manufacturing process. My advice: if you run into flow problems, don't assume your installation was faulty - pull out the valve assembly and check for contaminants that shouldn't be there. The instructions for doing this are in the operating manual, not the installation manual.

So I opened the box and read the directions, about 3 times, I felt I could install this myself.
I cleared out the stuff from under the sink place a layered towel down to lay on, got a roll of toilet paper to place the flash light in, to hold in place and give me light.
I looked at all the supply lines and realized what goes where.
turned water off, with in 90 mins I had my new kitchen faucet installed

Owned faucet for 1 year, installed by professional plumber, and button to transfer from stream to spray is now leaking badly. Unfortunately, quality is not there and subsequently neither is the value. Perhaps we got a "bad one" but nonetheless, I need a new kitchen faucet now.

We were looking for a replacement faucet without spending too much on a higher-priced model.
We like the long, detachable sprayer with two settings. It helps to rinse down our large farmhouse sink, and sits securely in place when not in use. We have well water, and the fact that the faucet surface and the spray nozzle are easy to clean helps since we get mineral build-up over time.
My only disappointment is in some of the materials. Plastic pieces probably allow for the lower price point, but I worry about their durability. However, the lifetime manufacturer warranty should take care of that should anything happen.
I definitely recommend this faucet for anyone looking for a nice faucet with multiple features at a reasonable price.

Very good water pressure. Slate color looks great with our black granite sink. Sprayer works great.

I thought this was an extremely cheap faucet at not an extremely cheap price. This faucet should be in tha $89 range. The metal felt light and thin. The spray head docking was so bad my wife just usually left it hanging. The soap dispenser nozzle spun so freely that anytime you reached for soap you would end up turning the nozzle around so the soap would come out behind the sink. It was a real effort to hold the nozzle towards you as you pushed down to dispense the soap. I was so disappointed with this faucet that I removed and returned. I installed a different brand that was a little bit more expensive but was of a lot better quality. We are very happy with the new faucet.

Looked a t several brands of faucets when doing my kitchen remodel and found this one, especially liked the color. The pull down sprayer is so convenient and handy. I have had used Pfister in another home before and found the quality and value for the price to be exceptional and would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this faucet in April of 2014. It worked great, loved it, but about 6 months ago it started to leak where the button is for changing the stream to a spray. I lived with, after noticing a leak under the sink we found that little annoyance was a damaging leak caused by the spray backing up and going back down the faucet sprayer tube and coming out in torrents under the sink. For a quality company this faucet did not last long. It appears the hose for the sprayer needs replacing. I am having trouble locating information for parts for this faucet. I may have to just replace the whole thing.
