Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 42 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Took longer to install than it should have. The faucet is very nice and my wife and I are quite happy with it. I ran into some problems during the installation that turned it into a long project, however. After I had the faucet installed, no hot water came out. After much wasted time troubleshooting, it turned out that there was a little black piece of rubber stuck in the valve assembly - once removed it worked fine. This was obviously a problem introduced during the manufacturing process. My advice: if you run into flow problems, don't assume your installation was faulty - pull out the valve assembly and check for contaminants that shouldn't be there. The instructions for doing this are in the operating manual, not the installation manual. April 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I did it myself So I opened the box and read the directions, about 3 times, I felt I could install this myself. I cleared out the stuff from under the sink place a layered towel down to lay on, got a roll of toilet paper to place the flash light in, to hold in place and give me light. I looked at all the supply lines and realized what goes where. turned water off, with in 90 mins I had my new kitchen faucet installed October 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by same problem as cristine below i also had the problem of the handle on the faucet hitting the backsplash and could not get full hot water. i took the handle to a stainless steel fabricator who reduced the length by about an inch and rounded and polished the end. it looks fine and works fine, for about $20. problem is, why can't pfister provide this as an optional part because they know of the issue. otherwise its a great product. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great looks, but it leaks We bought it three years ago and a few months ago the cold water hose developed a small hole that sprayed the water inside the kitchen cabinet. I´ve tried to find the part number to order it, but so far it has been impossible. August 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Design but... I love the look of the product it really helps with my kitchen aesthetic, but I have had issues with the spray toggle on the head. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] July 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fit & Finish = 5 / Durability = 0.5 / Warranty = 5 The Look and feel of the faucet was fantastic. It looked great in our kitchen and worked great, for about a year. Had to replace the valve as it had started leaking. What a nightmare. I purchased the part on my own and did not bother Pfister as it was faster just to pay the $20. Now the swivel joint on the pull down sprayer started spewing water back up the faucet and running below the sink. I could not believe it, barely two years old (I actually thought it was 3 until my wife located the receipt) and the faucet was not usable. Quite a bit of duct tape and a zip tie and I was able to at least direct the water back towards the sink. I would NOT recommend this specific faucet to a friend. Not at all! Warranty and Customer service are awesome!!! After posting a short rant (nothing vulgar, just airing my complaints) to their contact us page, I was greeted with apologies and a few questions. Also, I had to register and provide proof of purchase. Sensible enough. Customer service has replaced the entire unit for free, under warranty and the new unit has the full warranty also. I have never spent $180 for a faucet before, it was a mothers day gift for my wife, something she had been wanting for numerous years. You can imagine the disappointment she felt with the repeated failures. I hope they have revised their design or materials used in the parts that have shown to be weak links. We only have 3 more years in this house before we sell it and move, so hopefully we can get that and then some out of the new unit. I can and do recommend doing business with Pfister faucets as they absolutely stand behind their products. The Lord has blessed us in many ways and we pray for blessings to Pfister as a corporation, to continue their excellent service and hopefully improved designs and Quality Assurance. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solid build, nice finish, works great! I bought two of these over the course of one year. I like the finish and the robust feel. The soap dispenser is a great plus and works great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] May 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I love the pulldown feature and the way it looks This is my second one, the first one broke in 2 places, but I really love that the faucet is high enough to get a big pot under it. I polish it once a week with wax paper to keep it from getting water spots. The only thing negative is that the faucet tends to move from where you want it because of the weight on the pull down feature, makes it heavy.
