Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Grady Totally disappointed with shower handle
Purchased the brushed nickel finish at Home Depot and had it installed by professional plumber. As noted by other reviewers on this site, the shower handle is a total joke!!! It sticks out a good inch from the wall(
Rather than flush) and is wobbly and very susceptible to being snapped off if something catches on to it. Who was the dummy to make such a stupid design, and why would Home Depot sell it?? Apparently, Home Depot has known about this flawed design for over a year and half, yet still sell it knowingly, why?
Looking for a prompt reply from HD and/or the manufacturer Pfister

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NGJH The handle stick out 3 inches and feel loose - what a joke
We have contractor install this hand shower and only realize that the handle can't be fixed all the way to the wall. And feel loose and very easy to break. This is so misleading from the picture of this product.
I don't know what to do now. This is very frustrated.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by JSLC looks nice - but wobbles
This was installed by a master plumber. It looks nice but handle wobbles. It is attached to a plastic control stick that comes out of the valve. It is tight on all of the screws and tight to the blocking / studs. The plastic piece is not sturdy and the weight of the handle and pressure bends the plastic and makes the handle wobble. Very disappointing, especially now that this was a remodel item and it is fully installed and tiled in. Very poor design on their part.

I am very disappointed that I have no control of the water pressure. I understand that there is a law requiring that the pressure be set and that the purpose of this law is to conserve water. Is this true? I also believe that a two faucet fixture, rather than the single handle type, does not have such a restriction. Is this true?

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bobk1029 great looking fixture
good quality, only issue i found is the handle does not go flush with the wall, it feels loose. upon further inspection the only way for the handle to sit snug to the wall is to have a six inch wall behind it, not a 4 inch studded wall behind it. Love the quality and look, disappointed that we have to now deal with the handle sticking out a couple of inches from the wall.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JoeSeattle Works well, looks good but the hot water dial needs tweaking
Overall very happy. Luckily our contractor installed. Adding the valve that comes with it requires soldering. As others stated the handle does stick out about 1/4 of an inch beyond the plate but not a big deal for us. The image on the website is deceiving. Also because the hose attaching the sprayer is all plastic it does not hang straight down. We are hoping over time it will relax and hang straight down, not a big deal for us.
We originally bought this model without the hose but then decided it was worth it to get the hose for ease of cleaning the shower.
