Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MrD Plastic keeps breaking on handheld extension and now Valve cracked!
Plastic broke 2 times on handheld assembly and today the plastic valve assembly cracked while we were shutting the water off, and now the valve handle rotates 180 degrees without any stop. Luckily we are able to turn the water off by manipulating the handle until the water turns off. Customer service was able to replace the parts both times however you have to wait 7-14 days for the parts to arrive. Plastic in shower/tub faucets are cheap and should not be used, shame on you Pfister for using these terrible parts in manufacturing this tub kit.

I like the look and function of the set, however the hose is not very flexible and it sticks out and makes it difficult to reposition the showerhead in its holder.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AskMeli Looks Nice and is Functional
This is a very nice set and looks great in my bathroom. The only reason I did four instead of five stars is that the hose is rather stiff and interferes with the direction of the spray. I'm hoping it will soften a little over time with continued use.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Grady Totally disappointed with shower handle
Purchased the brushed nickel finish at Home Depot and had it installed by professional plumber. As noted by other reviewers on this site, the shower handle is a total joke!!! It sticks out a good inch from the wall(
Rather than flush) and is wobbly and very susceptible to being snapped off if something catches on to it. Who was the dummy to make such a stupid design, and why would Home Depot sell it?? Apparently, Home Depot has known about this flawed design for over a year and half, yet still sell it knowingly, why?
Looking for a prompt reply from HD and/or the manufacturer Pfister

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NGJH The handle stick out 3 inches and feel loose - what a joke
We have contractor install this hand shower and only realize that the handle can't be fixed all the way to the wall. And feel loose and very easy to break. This is so misleading from the picture of this product.
I don't know what to do now. This is very frustrated.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by JSLC looks nice - but wobbles
This was installed by a master plumber. It looks nice but handle wobbles. It is attached to a plastic control stick that comes out of the valve. It is tight on all of the screws and tight to the blocking / studs. The plastic piece is not sturdy and the weight of the handle and pressure bends the plastic and makes the handle wobble. Very disappointing, especially now that this was a remodel item and it is fully installed and tiled in. Very poor design on their part.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by susie This product is well made and attractive.
I am very disappointed that I have no control of the water pressure. I understand that there is a law requiring that the pressure be set and that the purpose of this law is to conserve water. Is this true? I also believe that a two faucet fixture, rather than the single handle type, does not have such a restriction. Is this true?
