Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Ball rod too short
The hose is too long. Could have had a 12 inch spread. They need to have these shorter and spend the extra money on a longer ball rod. The rod doesn't reach from from the drain to the faucet, its about 3 inches too short.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cinci Awesome products! Awesome company!!
I bought this faucet 7 years ago and I absolutely live the style, color and quality of the faucet. A few years ago the finish started to wear off on the drain, I had kept my warranty info so I called. They sent me a brand new without any issues. Quality company will continue to buy their products. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bandros Looks great but install components not up to par
This faucet had the exact look I wanted - dark bronze and nice curves. And it looks great on my new dark wood vanity and granite countertop.
The issue I have with it is that the installation components weren't great - I had to really bend the flexible water lines to make them fit. I would expect that since this has a fixed 8 inch spread they would be able to measure these better so they fit correctly. They were too long and because they were all bunched together under the faucet, they got in the way of the pieces that connect the drain pull to the pipe out of the bottom of the sink, which kept the drain pull from connecting. So I'll need to buy some additional hardware to get the drain plug working.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by BMJ1 Looks can be deceiving
We purchased two Sedona 8" faucets for our master bathroom sinks. The look is great. However, when the plumber tried attaching the water line to one faucet, the faucet's line broke as he tightened the nut. The faucet’s plumbing is made of plastic. Then, it was realized that the ball rods for both faucets were too short to reach the stoppers of the sinks. Price Pfister is sending me two longer ball rod assemblies. When I returned the broken faucet to the store, the cashier did not even bother to verify that the faucet was broken. She told me she believed me because she has seen so many of these faucets returned due to poor quality. She said that the faucets look good but not are not high quality.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Safetydoc Outstanding Customer Service
We have several of these faucets in the Tuscan Bronze finish and frankly, both required new cartridges several times and one leaked severely. That said, Pfister jumped on the issues and promptly sent replacement parts. When that didn't solve the problem, they sent replacement faucets which work great. The "pfast" connectors make installation go a lot faster than the originals. We buy nothing but Pfister for new and replacements at home and for others we help with their plumbing. Their forever warranty really means something, which is so rare these days. Plus their prompt and courteous customer service is top notch. Would not buy anything else but Pfister. No, I do not work for them; I am an investigator. constant drip [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Marci Pretty faucet but needed parts after 2 years
We bought three of those bathroom faucets. One of the handles showed rust underneath. Upon investigation, it was determined that the washer was made of cheap materials which allowed it disintegrate. The company stood behind their products and sent replacement parts immediately. The replacement parts were made of better quality steel. They sent replacement parts for all three faucets in the event the others rust out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by patricia48326 Trouble with Tuscan finish
I have had these in Tuscan Bronze for about 4 years. The finish has become spotty one one of the plungers and come off badly on the other. Pfister sent a replacement at no charge, but it is a hassle I would rather have avoided. I love the style of this faucet. I wish I would have gotten the nickel. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Conflicted Price Pfister Sedona 8in. Bath Faucet Tuscan Bronz
I've just installed over $4500.00 worth of beautiful granited counter tops through my home (kitchen and 2 1/2 baths) I saw online the Tuscan Bronze I love the look and the strong dark bronze with copper colored highlights. It looked expensive and made a great statement. I purchase 2 of this style bath faucets @157.00 05/28/09 from the store. I paid $300.00 to have them both installed by a professional plumber. The next day I noticed a drip in the MB bath area and the hot & cold water handles dont line up as the other did. I am very please with one and the other needs to be removed and replaced which will cost me additional money. I still love the look but Im not sure how I feel about keeping both faucets because of the lack of performance. 3 1/2 stars.
