Redid the entire house after 30+ years of patchwork. Screening installed easily once I figured out I had to downsize the spline from the original that had been installed. I think the Bettervue screen is thicker than the regular screening I replaced. Bought a 500' roll of spline online for $25. It also helped using a sharp new razor. Finished product significantly improved overall appearance of the windows.

There was an manufacturing flaw in the screen. Only until the package is opened and the screen is rolled out and affixed to the opening is this flaw noticed. It is a an aberration of design that runs consistently down one side of the screen surface. Two (2) rolls of screen were purchased, and both rolls had this flaw. To make matters worse, this screen is tissue-thin and fragile. The application was for an exterior porch. Do not use this screen if you have pets. One may admire the clear view that this screen provides. Unfortunately, it is not worth the negatives outlined above, and definitely not worth the extra cost.

Pulled off some old metal screen from my back porch and re-installed the new Better View. Much better view looking in or out of the porch. If you view is important, this screen is worth the extra. It has been installed now for about two months and does appear to be durable. I would purchase this again

Very pleased with the Phifer BetterVue product. Easy to work with and the clarity of the material is outstanding. When placed next to the screen material I was replacing, the difference in image quality through the BetterVue was striking. Certainly worth the additional expense as compared to "standard" screening material.

Worth the money. Material is easy to work with and you can not tell a screen is in the window.
