CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Glad it was in stock when I needed some! Lamps worked well. Westlake Home Depot store was out, so they checked inventory at the Colma store and found 17 lamps at that store. Good customer service. September 16, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by CFL with odd base These CFL lights have an odd shaped base, we broke two of the old ones when removing them. They appear to deteriorate over time outside and I do not recommend using them in outside fixtures, not sure why Taylor-Morrison used these outside but they used so many different type of light fixtures in our home its unbelievable. I would recommend for indoor use only and most of the lights lasted about 3 years because they were placed in high use areas. We are replacing these with LED fixtures when the next set burnout. In addition, they turn pink/purple just before they fail. August 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by This light is terrible This light is suppose to give you 1800 hours of light. We bought a new constructuin home 4 1/2 years ago and rarely use the guest bathroom where this bulb resides. It is already burned out. Since it is suppose to last 11 years, how do we get it replaced for free? January 22, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bright at times, dim at others I bought this light bulb to replace the original one installed during home construction. Despite the 3-tube design, it seems only one tube really gets bright. The other two seem to stay dim at best. As the light stays on longer, the tubes seem to brighten up significantly. After about 90-seconds, the light is usually at full brightness and gives good light. I'm not sure if this is by design or a defect. For someone dropping in our bathroom for a quick mirror check, this light will seem dim. For someone hanging out a bit longer, they would be pleased. December 28, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Make sure your fixture will accept the base configuration. Bulb is fine, Light intesity is OK,2700 K is warm, stay away from 3500+ K lamps.. Tab on the fixture determines the wattage and lamp configuration. NOT user friendly. But due to Lighting codes, must use these in my fixtures. January 15, 2013
