Answer:
As the lamp states, it operates (on a reference ballast) at 32 watts. The lamp is then technically operating at 0.032 kilowatts. If you are looking for kilowatt hours so you can compute the energy cost. In that case, you can multiply the kW rating (0.032) by the number of operating hours per year (say 4000) and would get kW hour (128 kWhour per lamp).

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by great fixtures if they can be handled in transport better. The fixtures were a great value if they worked out of the box. Better than 70% of the fixtures were damaged on the end where the pull switch chain is. The chains were severed breaking off in the switch on two making them inoperative. On three others the chain was still long enough to attach the cord and make it work. On all but one I had to take pliers and straiten / refit the frame end to work. they were collapsed and banged up not fitting correctly. I see by the packaging that this has been an issue. Your packaging solution didn't work . July 7, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bulbs were ok, customer service was not. Purchased a 10 pack of bulbs and installed 6 new t8 light fixtures. Couldn't get one of the new fixtures to work, rechecked wiring etc, everything looked fine. Tried replacing the new bulb with another and eureka it worked . Problem was a defective bulb. Ok, got through that but when I went back to Home Depot expecting to get the defective bulb replaced I was told I would have to bring back all ten and get a new 10 pack. I wasn't about to do that, and I just asked the clerk to through away the defective bulb. Not a big expense but the fact that Home Depot didn't stand behind the product really annoyed me. I will have no problem looking at Lowe's now. March 22, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by burns out quick Bought a 10 pack. they lasted between 2-4 months. Now I'm looking to buy from someone else April 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by These burn out QUICK! In the past I've had fluorescent bulbs that have lasted for YEARS. Not these though, One year tops, and that is if it doesn't get much use. Some went bad after a couple months. Having had trouble with other products, I'm learning that anything with the Philips brand on it is plain junk. December 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cellent Kitchen Light for Open Floorplan! I purchased a 10 pack of these two years ago and installed 4 in a new fixture on a vaulted ceiling over my kitchen. The warm light looks great in the room, and blends well with the task lighting in the family room and dining area that share the same open space. These lights start up instantly and are immediately at full brightness, and there has been no diminishing of light intensity after 2 years of using these lights an average of 10 hours per day. The 3000k color is warm and inviting, and the 3950 lumens per bulb is plenty for all kitchen prep and cooking activities with no additional lighting. Highly recommended! March 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great upgrade to my fluorescent fixtures Upgraded to these well rated Philips 4 ft. T8 32-Watt Soft White (3000K) bulbs and the Phillips Ambistar ballasts and significantly improved the light quantity & quality from the two 4-bulb fixtures in my home office... Other benefits: I eliminated the buzz I was getting from the older T12 40-watt bulbs and ballasts... and the energy savings should easily pay for the new ballasts & bulbs within 2 years. Installation was straightforward by just following the diagram on the new ballast. July 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice light works in cold works nice a lot cheaper to by 10 pack the two pack January 7, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by F32T8 bulbs I bought a box of 10 48" bulbs. I also bought a new light fixture and installed it before useing the new bulbs. The box says they last 8 years. They will, if you keep them and stand them in a corner after they blow. I bought the box about 8-9 months ago. Installed it in the bathroom....light on when you go in, and off when you come out. I've used all 10 bulbs already. They're garbage and I wouldnt recommend these to my worst enemy. What a waste of money October 8, 2014
