Is this a 130 volt bulb?

Asked by: nanabanana
This, as well as most light bulbs, are slightly lower at 120 volts. 130 volt bulbs are typically used by maintenance and light commercial applications, since they last somewhat longer than 120 volt bulbs. They are almost always incandescent. However, since the advent of more energy saving and longer life bulbs, like this CFL bulb, renders having a 130 volt bulb this bulb lasts longer than its incandescent counterpart....even if it was in 130V.
