Answer:
50 watts for one hour is 1/20th of a kilowatt hour = .05 kWh
If your electric is around 11 cents a kilowatt hour then
11 cents x .05 kWh = .55 cent , which is a little over a 1/2 a penny per hour
If your electric is on the high end , say at 16 cents then:
16 cents x .05 kWh = .80 cents , which is closing in on a penny an hour.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fortunate find at a great price These are specialized bulbs, used often in art galleries. They are found at some places for as much as $12/bulb. In the past, we found them online for $3+/bulb. This is the price we found at Home Depot. December 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent price for multi-pack. Exact replacement for my unique light fixtures in my home. October 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by These bulbs do not last. I purchased these Phillips bulbs to replace the original bulbs that came with the track lighting. The lights I replaced worked but they had dimmed over the years. The Phillips bulbs did not last very long at all. I found myself replacing the new burned-out Phillips bulbs with the originals I removed, I am just lucky I kept the originals. I found the Phillips were very poor quality but as I search for replacements again, I am not finding much of an alternative at a reasonable cost. I don't recommend these but the better quality bulbs are twice the price or more. January 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked perfectly These bulbs are much brighter and have their own protective glass which my previous bulbs didn't. January 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Flag Pole Light Great light for our Flag Pole. It is very bright and is low voltage. November 5, 2014
