Answer:
The C7 lamp is a night light and would not be suitable for growing of any sort (and we do not offer 70W in this shape).
The Agro lights would be the best incandescent source for growing as they are specifically made for that application.

The Right Color
Sunlight contains the complete spectrum of light including all colors of the rainbow: red through yellow to blue and violet. Plants use the full spectrum for photosynthesis, although red and blue light seem to be most critical. Red light stimulates vegetative growth and flowering, but if a plant gets too much red light, it will become tall and spindly. Blue light regulates plant growth, which makes it ideal for growing foliage plants and short, stocky seedlings.

I didn't see a res grow light but I'm sure someone at the store can help you find one, they have more kinds of grow lights there than I have seen at other stores. I thought I saw a red one but I am not sure.

Hi! I have some water hyacinths and some Amazon Sword plants that have survived the 40 degree weather in our pond. Iʻm picking up this 75-watt Agro Flood light to help them grow healthy through the winter months. Iʻll let you know how the plants do as well as how much light iʻll be giving them. Stay tuned! What type of plants are you wanting to grow?

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 25 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our orchids love this bulb I just picked this bulb at random, looking for something to help our tabletop orchids through the winter. I put in in our dining room fixture about 12 inches above the tallest one. They really thrived under it. We use it year round now. I created a larger reflective cover for it, raised it a few inches, and moved some other house plants underneath. It seems to have the right spectrum for our purposes. I had an issue with the first bulb burning out after about 15 minutes. We've had two since then which have lasted at least a year each. (I've had that same experience with other light bulbs too. Sometimes you just pick a lemon. :) ). I would definitely recommend trying this bulb for a dining table mini-garden, or similar arrangement, etc. June 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by grow light no good the plants strectched and aimed toward a window evan though I had the light about 1 foot above them I am not happy with it at all junk May 15, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 75 watt bulbs Although I had a little trouble finding these bulbs, the people of the store where very helpful and found them hidden behind a display. There must not be that many people who need to keep their inside plants and pets healthy. The selection is limited but I understand stocking the things that sell and limiting the things that don't . Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grow light I have 5 grow lights from various companies aimed at the hundred or so seedlings on my dining room table right now. This one seems to put out the heat and light that the plants like, so I'm happy with it. April 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Early start Great way to start a garden! especially with Georgia's bipolar weather! April 13, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does not last The bulbs are meant to last only 1000 hours which is far less than a standard light bulb. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 75-WATT AGRO PLANT LIGHT BR30 FLOOD LIGHT BULB I bought n2 of these PLANT LIGHT BULBS and my living room has constant beautiful flowers even though outside is covered with snow and ice and very cold temps every day. Beautiful plants and blooms chase away the winter blues, January 28, 2015
