The service and delivery time was great. But we received the bulbs and some were not in working order.
We've saved them in case someone wants to retrieve them.

I haven't had one burn out yet so not sure how the service life compares but they are the best value I have found. The free shipping makes the whole process extremely convenient.

Typically, we have a hard time finding a good price on the 96" bulbs. I search far and wide for these bulbs, but wanted a local source because I did not want them damaged in transit. I had never tried the brand before, but must say they are an excellent replacement bulb. They seem much brighter than the old bulbs. I cannot say enough great things about these bulbs. Have not owned them long enough to determine their life capacity.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KennDogg Easily installation; Illuminates like a dream
Installation was easier than I thought. One side of the fixture has a bouncy socket that when the long bulb is pushed into it, the socket retracts like a turtle going into its shell for safety. Then, the other end of the old bulb slides out of its socket, and can be smoothly pulled out. It was more intuitive than I thought it would be. Pretty effortlessly. I was kind of surprised; I thought I'd need a screwdriver of odd tool to release the old bulbs.
At first a couple of the bulbs were pulsating a little and I got a little worried that I had knocked them around and screwed them up, but after five minutes or so they stayed consistently bright. Solid illumination.
They didn't make a buzzing sound like I had thought they would. I can't really hear anything; but, they're on the ceiling about 8 feet from my ears. I installed these at the ABC Bartending School in San Leandro that I manage and teach at. I didn't want a loud distraction for my students, and with these lights there was none.
I only needed to replace about eight of them, but when I saw how clear they were, evenly bright, non-harsh as I can stare directly at them and not have to squint, I replaced the aging other bulbs with the rest of my fifteen pack, even though they didn't need to be replaced yet. The even lighting they provide is honestly kinda invigorating.
The only problems are now I can see that I REALLY need to vacuum the school. which I hadn't been about to notice with the old lights, but more so, I'm not sure what to do with the old bulbs. I don't wanna break them and toss them into the recycling, but I can't really just put them in the recycle can outside. Hmmm.
