Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good Just what I needed. A simple no frills bright light. December 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lasted 624 days I write in Sharpie the install date of these CFL floods as I have a room that takes six of these. This one died less than two years old , about 2 cents/day; and of course I don't keep all old HD receipts. November 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by mostrly okay almost 2 months -- all good. a bit overpriced in my opinion. December 30, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay way They are slow to come on, they flicker when dimm'ed - stay away - Seems like Home Depot is selling more junk these days. December 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love them I have 3 flood lights above my kitchen table. I did change to CFLs, but they were too hot and I was unable to use the dimmer that was previously installed. I installed the dimmable lights and am so happy. I can now dim the lights to my needs, bright or dim. I am also happy to be saving even more money by being able to dim the lights. August 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 7 year of light in 33 days I purchased this on June 26 for a kitchen fixture that has a dimmable switch. The packaging said it would last 7 years. On July 29 it died. Checked it in a known good socket. Definitely dead. Hopefully HD does not give me a hassle on returning it since it is over 30 days. July 30, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The bulb makes noise The bulb is nice and puts off good light. Unless I got a bad bulb, these bulbs are no good when they go to be dimmed. They make a humming sound and I only had one of my twelve lights in, I can only imaging the sound when all twelve are installed. The noise only happens when I go to dim the bulb. I am returning it, very unhappy! November 10, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Functional but longevity not there I have 6 can lights in my kitchen. I have these in all of them. I get maybe 6-9 months, per bulb, before they burn out. The life expectancy is 7.3 yrs. based on 3 hrs. / day. We use them probably 5-6 hrs. / day, which translates to ~ 3.5 yrs. I'm no where near that number. I continue to buy them only because it is difficult to find a dimmable CFL. I think I need to look harder for a better replacement. September 16, 2014
