CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.7 out of 5 by 13 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst choice ever After purchasing a couple cases of these bulbs I find this was a huge mistake. As we are always trying to use less energy and save a couple bucks in the process, these would appear to be an excellent choice. WRONG!!! I installed both cases of lights and after only 1 month, yes 1 (one) month they all burned out. Now, not only do I have to have my purchases second guessed, I have to shop for less affordable bulbs, because the bosses say, "quantity and cost do not always equal QUALITY! If you don't mind wasting 5 bucks a bulb or so, then buy these. Just be prepared to replace them regularly and often. December 8, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Product This is an incredibly poor lamp. Even before the new federal government restrictions on these halogen lamps they were pretty bad but I could still get 3-6 months out of a lamp burning 15 hours a day. Now they last less than a month. I actually just had one pop on me before I even got down off the ladder after replacing one that lasted 12 days. Until I can afford to retrofit all of my fixtures with LEDs I will use off-brand PARs like Pulsrite or Ecolite. Basically the same quality but half the price. Home Depot should take these off their shelves until Phillips can provide a better product. February 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by On-line order and pick up I ordered a 4 pack of flood lights for replacements I needed. January 27, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dont buy these. These halogen bulbs, while saving money were expensive themselves and more importantly burnt out MUCH faster than normal incandescents. All but two of mine are now dead and I had 8. MTBF for these is less than 8 months of use. Terrible product. February 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Garbage I used them for spotlights, to light up the front of my house.I ve already changed 3 of them out already. I would never buy them again. GARBAGE December 10, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beats others This is a good bulb for high ceiling can lights where a pole and suction cup are necessary to change bulbs, unlike other floods this has a flat surface so the suction cup works better. However, the negative is that the bulb is VERY heavy when on the end of a 15 ft. pole and the weight alone can sometimes cause the suction to release if you don't keep the pole perfectly straight. Crash, shatter, etc.Wish they had a longer life. March 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bought pressure-washer sight-unseen Pressure-washer arrived a week after purchase. Set-up was easy and it performed flawlessly. Best of all; it's a mostly-American product! April 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bright lights, hit or miss on bulbs This are bight lights, good value for the $ if bought in a four pack, hit or miss on individual bulbs as I have had a few burn out way before the stated life. March 4, 2014
