Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by You call that "Blue"? I work for a local bar-cade/bowling alley. We have about 20 different uses for Blue CFLs along with the other primary colors. We were/are using Feit's which are AMAZING and at a cost that beats the snot out of any vendor that I've talked to and to top it off, Home Depot has two locations 5-10 minutes away me. Good, Cheap & Fast. Then they switch from stocking Feit's Blue CFLs to Phillips brand ones, for what is most definitely a good cause (autism speaks), But come on! They aren't blue. Not even light blue. White is definitely the dominant color that shows through with a tiny splash of blue. I can still get them online at Home Depot at the same price and ship to store for free, TODAY, but that’s one more step that I have to do.. not exactly happy. December 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Why did you replace the best Blue bulbs with these Home Depot? As always, someone screws up something great. Home Depot has a whole line of FEIT "party bulbs". The blue ones were king of all blue bulbs. Bright, brilliant deep blue. Looked amazing. Today I drive to two different Home Depots to pick up some more, and they've "discontinued" them and replaced them with these Phillips ones. Naturally they had every other color of the FEIT, but blue was now gone. Brilliant move guys. I knew they weren't going to be as good, and side by side, they're not. The brightness is about the same, but the color is pathetic. When fully lit up, they are barely a pale offwhite blue. Nothing like the FEIT ones. No dramatic, deep blue color. Total fail. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bright bulb, not a lot of color The light is a good price and i like the donation to autism speaks. That being said this light is not very blue. When using the bulb it is more like one of those ultra pure white lights that have a blue tint. I was looking for more of a color like i get with the colored Feit cfls. however the Feits blue bulb is not carried in my store. there are lots of bright bluish white bulbs. I was looking for a better blue color. October 10, 2014
