Very frustrated!!!

I have reviewed the installation instructions over, and over, regarding step 3-from the installation instructions in particular.

The installation instructions does not share how to troubleshoot how to adjust panels when the bottom screw does NOT touch anything (i.e., as illustrated in installation instructions).

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how was it resolved?

Answer:
The door panel rests on the silver roller housing. Turning the gold screw clockwise will lower the door panel. Turning the gold screw counter clockwise will raise the door panel.

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Measurements fine, fairly easy install, too much styrofoam packaging ends up in landfill These 48 x 80-1/2" frosted doors worked well. They are a little flexi. They came with a piece of pine across the center back and the instructions said nothing about keeping them on or discarding them (if they were for packaging only)? Not sure if doors are made in USA, but the styrofoam packaging was excessive and not recyclable - lots of packaging for the landfill - ugh October 24, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Actual Height is Shorter than Advertised The actual height of the doors was only 78". The advertised height of 80-1/2" includes the track which causes a gap to be exposed. Installation was a bit challenging because the track size was exact. I had to cut off approximately one half-inch of metal track and the metal track with wood valance for the top rails. Each order includes two doors. While the instructions mention the recommended height for door handles, they are not included. June 11, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice doors but measurements are off As other reviewers have noted, these doors look great but the measurements are off. We had to take a hacksaw and cut down the rail, which was much longer than indicated. Once we did that, however, the rest of the installation went fine and the end result was nice. Good looking doors for a decent price, and much better than the shiny brass mirrored doors they replaced. October 10, 2012
