Answer: 
If using Mortar I (channel), the r/o is the nominal size of the window plus 1/4" (40x40 would be 40-1/4 x 40-1/4"). For Mortar II (anchors), the r/o is the nominal size plus 1/2" (40x40 would be 40-1/2 x 40-1/2"). If you are installing with the Thinline Track Spacer System you will need to follow the rough opening chart in the insturctions (included with the Thinline Track Spacers #120610).

Answer: 
The ThinLine Series Glass Blocks (3" thick) are available in straight blocks only. To turn a corner ina wall, that would require the Premeire Series Glass Blocks (4" thick). The "corner" block is called a Hedron block. The sku for glass blocks is 143-120 and the model number for the Hedron Decora is 120195 and for the IceScapes 110463

Answer: 
No. The block with the hole in it is the DecoBloc. It is an 8x8x3" glass block in the Ice Pattern. They are packed 4/case. you can order them through your local store in even case quantities for delivery to the store in about seven days.
