Answer:
End blocks are available in the Decora or IceScapes pattern. You could finish off you panel with one on those with the VUE pattern as the field blocks or, another way to finish off a glass block wall would be to cut pieces of ceramic tile, glass tile, etc., to the size/shape of the glass block and attach them to the ends. You can see an example of this at this link: Read More

I would like to use these as a 4" riser for a bath vanity/install led light strip underneath. Could it handle the weight?

Would use 3 blocks x 2 blocks for 36" vanity. Saw a pic online with no info. Wondering if it could handle the weight. Also what adhesive would be best as securing glass to wood edge of vanity base.

Answer:
Glass Blocks are a non-load bearing product. The compressive of hollow glass blocks is 400-600 psi. It is recomended that the glass blocks be built within a structural opening.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by exact size ordered, good clear vision through the glass block. overall good rating, one had a chipped corner, but did not report it.just glued the piece back with HOME DEPOT CLEAR ACRYLIC LATEX CAULK PLUS SILCONE. cant even tell it was chipped. March 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very pleased with purchase of glass blocks. This was our first and maybe last time to install glass block. We replaced an odd shaped window and the blocks look fantastic. We thought we were following the manufacturer's directions correctly, however we ended up with an almost problem. We corrected the problem ourselves and wished we had relyed on our own measurements. Their brief video for installation is incomplete as well. We are very pleased now that it is done. Thank you Home Depot. August 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Owens Corning 8x8x4 glass block This stuff is terrific for interior building where you want to increase light carry throughout the apartment. I used it as part of a stairway. 8" is a good riser height. December 11, 2010
