Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Description doesn't quite match the actual product I inherited this pot with a plant that I purchased. I matched the code on the pot's sticker with this model number so I know it's the same pot. It's not full depth, and it does include a catch section. It's "double walled" for insulation. Imagine a pot that actually contains dirt and your plant hovering inside a larger pot with a 2" gap all the way around including underneath the inner pot. That means a good 2+ inches underneath the pot are not available for the plant's roots. This isn't a big deal unless you expected to have that extra 2". There's a drain hole in the bottom of the pot that's got a removable plug making the inner insulation area a kind of built in catch tray. It looks great and the finish makes it look more expensive. However, if you like to use a wick system to either water or drain excess water from your pots you will find this planter difficult to use because of the large gap between the outside section of the planter and the inner section that actually holds the soil. I ended up drilling a .5" hole in the bottom of the inner section of the pot to help even more water drain out through a wick so it is possible but not exactly easy. January 14, 2015
