We have all Plantronics headsets in our call center, and they work well. We had another team member join and so we ordered this model (it was our first of this model). It is just terrible. It will not stay on anyone's head, it's all stretched out. Perhaps it would fit an oversized gorilla's head? I think it might be the design in general. We ended up having one of the other users give up their headset so the new person in the call center could have one. This one is unusable.

Too small for me. Over the head model. It takes a month to receive a credit.

Solid, dependable, easy to use. The last one of these I had lasted well over ten years. This top end model has great sound, but they've put so much effort into capturing the bass that it's too much sometimes and sounds fuzzy. Still fine, just hard to get used to.

Love it when a product makes everyone happy. The client loves how gentle the headphone sits over her head. She doesn't grow tired of wearing them.

I bought a binaural headset that retails over $100 under the assumption that it would have good sound quality and at least STEREO sound channels. It has neither. The sound is muffled, you need to turn the volume as high as possible, and it is MONO only. Awful.

I hear very well the communications with his 2 ear-phones but on the other hand the microphone is heard with difficulty by the interlocutor with also of the problems of echo. This price and for a product says “PRO” it is rather disappointing
