Wireless Stereo Headphones is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 182.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome for running with! I've had the BackBeats for over a year now and I still love them! I only use them for running, and I've never had a problem with them. They been through misty rain, me dumping water on my head after a hot run, and lots of sweat has been dripped on them, and they still work just like the day I got them!  They fit good, sound good.  I even talk on them some when I get a call while I'm running and everyone has said that they can hear me crystal clear. The buttons on the set are a added bonus, I easily skip through songs and change the volume with the headset.  Great product, and when these die, I'll buy another pair for sure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, Love, Love I have had these headphone for several years now and absolutely LOVE them. They are very comforable (fit in my ears without feeling forced or about to fall out), the sound is great (love the stereo sound with my music as well as talking on a call), and are great for working out (stay in ears and don't have to worry about cords in the way. I haven't had any sweat issues). I cannot praise Plantronics customer support enough, they are truly 1st class. I have had a couple of issues with the headphones over the years and Plantronics has always addressed immediately and effortlessly. I wish more companies were so easy to deal with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AS GOOD AS ANY OTHERS YOU WILL FIND I have had this pair for over a year and they are the most comfortable headphones i have ever owned. i have a pair of the over the head made by Motorola and they are totally uncomfortable. i cant even wear them an hour. the backseats are light , easy to pair, very comfortable , inexpensive and well work the money. i have not had any issue with sweat getting inside the ear piece and damaging the electronics as i have heard from other reviews on other sites. if you are looking for booming sound this product is not for you. the sound is suitable for listening to music while in the gym, or just listening to audio books.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of junk I had great expectations of this product...I thought the price was high, but assumed I was buying a high quality product that would last me a long time. The range is terrible, I can put my phone in my pocket and lose the sound. Today, less than a year after buying it, it stopped working. It won't charge, it won't work. Nothing. Don't waste your money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not intended for the workout enthusiast My wife bought me this headset (at my request) for my birthday because I was frustrated with the standard headsets cord getting in my way. My soul purpose for getting this headset was for my workouts. Even though the website says it is for workouts I would have to agree to disagree. Maybe it can be used for workouts if you don’t sweat. When I workout I sweat and after just two workouts the device started acting up. I would not recommend this product if you are purchasing it to use during your workouts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2 bad pairs I purchased 2 sets within a year and a half both broke in the same place. Plantronics Would not replace either pair, claiming the recipient code did not match. I sent pictures of both defective headsets and still would not stand behind your product. I will never buy a Plantronics product again and encourage others to buy another brand

Rated 1 out of 5 by from keeps getting worse It worked well the first month. After that, no one could hear me on the phone. The device collects all the wind noise even when walking. It is impossible to use outdoors. Now when anyone calls it screeches really loudly. Also, just today, whenever it connects to my PC or phone and I want to play music (the only thing it has been able to do at all decently) it now screeches.  I've had this for about a year. I wish the electronics were more durable. My first and likely last Plantronics product purchase...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Awful Reliability I love these headphones! Yes, I LOVE these headphones. Wait, didn't I just rate them as a 1 star POOR? Yes I did. I have been using these Backbeat 903+ model headphones almost 4 years now, since mid 2010. However, since I began using them 4 years ago, I have been through a dozen pairs. Yes, that is correct, a dozen pairs in less then 4 years. Sometimes they last 6 months, sometimes a month, and sometimes bad out of the package. I don't treat any pair any differently. I use them in the gym, only on the treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike, for just over an hour a day, 5 days a week. I am 53, and not rough on these at all, I actually make sure to handle them with care, keeping them in their case and in their own compartment on my gym bag. I just don't get it. If Plantronics could make them reliable, then i wouldn't hesitate to rate them 5+ stars, but because/ they are unreliable, i have to give them 1 star Poor rating.
