Customer Questions & Answers

is there anyway to reduce to distance fron 15 feet to 10 feet?

Asked by: bobbyp
bobbyp, the center screw on the top of the sprinkler head allows for spray adjustments. Clockwise rotation of the screw tightens/restricts the spray, while counterclockwise rotation opens/lengthens the spray.

Dear Valued HomeDepot Customer, We reached out to the MFG for more information and below is their response. "As for the part that hooks to the pipe it is ½” standard pipe threads on the bottom of the sprinkler. It threads on to a ½” riser."

What Prssure is required for the sprinkler to operate to its maximum spray radius?

Asked by: Tom
Tom, that's a great question. It depends on whether you are referring to static pressure or dynamic pressure. The twin-spray nozzles, designed to give your lawn more uniformed and even water coverage, should give you a spray radius of about 13 ft at 50 psi (dynamic pressure). Even dynamic pressure, however, can change based on how many sprinkler heads are on the same sprinkler line, so a one-size-fits-all answer may not be useful here. For more information, please contact our Support team at 1-800-488-6156, and we'd be happy to help in any way we can. Thanks!
