I have no way to attach rods (not allowed) so, im planning on using helix anchors that are in the ocean floor already or some anchor molds with cement in them... but, they need to connect somewhere... do these have eyes under the floats or on the actual frame to keep it in place if there are no poles as options?

Answer:
You would have to make provisions to connect to your dock. We would recommend you do this on the frame and not the floats. If you have any additional questions please give us a call. We can be contacted at 1-888-PLAYSTAR (752-9782) where you will be immediately connected to customer service and greeted by a real live voice.

We have only extensively tested our products in fresh water situations. Salt Water or "brackish" water will effect the hot dipped galvanized metal brackets and hardware.
According to the American Galvanizers Association, Galvanized coatings provide considerable protection to steel immersed in sea water and exposed to salt spray. The factors that influence the corrosion of zinc in fresh water also apply to sea water. However, it is the dissolved salts (primarily sulfides and chlorides) in sea water that are the principal determinants of the corrosion behavior of zinc immersed in sea water. Given the high level of chloride in sea water, a very high rate of zinc corrosion might be expected. However, the presence of magnesium and calcium ions in sea water has a strong inhibiting effect on zinc corrosion in this type of environment. Read Less

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good product Aside from having to make some adjustments and modifications for my job, no complaints. Very well made. Assembly instructions not great. August 16, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid product I bought the package, rather then figure out individual parts. Hinges are included in the package are as 2 one piece pole holders. HD also shipped a pole end auger and one multi piece pole holder/guide. Some brackets in the package were mis-drilled so I had to wait for replacements, putting my job back a week. Playskool's customer service was excellent, it is unfortunate I had to contact them. The floats do not seem to be foam filled. August 3, 2012
