Time will tell but so far I'm very satasified. It's just what I expected as far as quality, size, BTU output, installation, etc.
As far a the price goes? A new pellet stove, made in the USA and with a warrenty? You probably can't beat it!
I'm only on the third bag of pellets (high quality) and I've never owned a pellet stove before so I can't give an expert evaluation. It was easy to install, easy to use and burns well.
I haven't had any problems so far so what else can I say?
I would have given it a 5 but I haven't had it long enough.

Very nice stove. I gave it 4 stars because I have only used it once. Removing the bolts from the shipping pallet is a pain. Directions could be better, but the stove started right up and worked well. I think it is a great value for the cost. Looks nice too.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HappyAndWarm We LOVE our new Pellet Stove
We LOVE our new pellet stove. After years of cutting firewood, hauling firewood, stacking firewood, bringing firewood into our house, and then cleaning up the mess...and not always having the heat we wanted, this is HEAVEN. It is easy to use and easy to regulate. It's warming up some here in California now so we just turn it on when we get up to get the chill out of the house and then turn it off later and it stays warm most of the day.
The fan circulates the heat out into the house...unlike our Franklin Fireplace did. We LOVE IT!!

The only thing we don't absolutely love about this stove is the igniter. It is supposed to be automatic, but you have to actually let the cup fill with pellets, then open the door and make sure at least one of the pellets is pushed into the igniter hole so that it will start. It heats great once you find the right pellets, and we live in a 200 year old house! Keeps the first floor at 70 degrees (about 1200sf) and the upstairs around 60 degrees.

I bought this to replace a stove that was a manual type of stove. This is fully automatic. I fill it, set it and forget it! I am an older woman and don't want to be bothered with going through programming and adjusting it. I absolutely lo e this stove! I have it marked for best temp/ auto setting.

Delivery of the pellet stove was excellent. The stove was boxed well and lag screwed to a pallet that could fit through the door of my home. I purchased stainless steel flex ducting from another supplier and sealed joints with high temp silicon. I did have a small issue with the igniter not working but customer service at PH was very kind and sent a new one to me. The company is in the USA as is their customer service. The stove works excellent and it automatically starts up and heats when it is needed. It is simple to clean and has a strong blower to circulate heat. Our home is a 3 bed 2 bath rancher. We are very happy with this purchase and it works well in a home our size.

This stove was a snap to install, and fired right up without issue. It was a bit of a hassle to remove the stove from the shipping pallet, but by opening the side panels I was able to access the bolts with a socket wrench. No complaints.
This stove is heating close to 2,000 square feet, and heat is also creeping up the stairs to help our pellet stove on the main floor.
For the money, this pellet stove is a no brainer.

Just bought my second stove of this model. Bought one last year for my shop when LP was being rationed, and love it! Took shop expense of $13.50/day, to $5.00/day! Auto light worked flawless and pretty quiet fan for amount of air it moves. New stove is for my house. Cost about $10/day for LP last year to keep @52 degrees (I'm single!) looking foreward to 80 degrees for $5/day!
