Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MrRockwell POORLY MADE. CHEAP MATERIALS. DO NOT BUY.
This cover ripped as I was putting it over my log rack for the first time. Then, as I attempted to close the zipper, it completely came apart. I finally got the zipper back together, and left the rack covered over night, only to find three huge rips that were seemingly caused by fairly mild wind. This is the poorest quality log rack cover I've ever seen, and not even worth wasting my time trying to get a replacement. Surprised that Home Depot would even carry a product of such poor quality, let alone that a company would actually produce and sell this for outdoor use.

This product is not a quality item. The zipper broke the first time I tried to use the cover.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by VTGuy Buy a different cover than this one.
Bought this for the first season last year. It held together for about a week, but the zippers on this are absolute garbage. They would rip open in spots, so you'd have to run the zipper all the way one way and then the other. Until the zipper pull comes off completely and the whole thing becomes worthless. Save yourself the effort and buy the $25 rack or better instead.

This otherwise serviceable, inexpensive log rack cover is a very poor choice only because of its frail, shoddy zippers. The cover has three plastic zippers on the front. The zippers separate so easily that a gust of wind is sufficient to pull one of the three apart. After a few months of putting up with this--periodically going out and carefully reseating the pull and zipping the cover closed again, one of the pulls finally broke off in my hand.
Bottom line: This log rack cover is not suitable for use in areas subject to wind gusts of over 10 mph or so.

The fact that a company can make this and think this is a suitable wood cover boggles my mind. The zippers are very poor in quality and easily come apart. The tarp ripped the first time I used it, so I took it back and got another one thinking that maybe I got a bad one. Second one ripped in two weeks and was completely useless by the end of the winter. Home depot sells some nice brown/gray colored 10 mil thick tarp with rivets, just use that with some rope or bungees and your good, no need to waste money on this.

The cover fits the firewood rack perfectly; however, the extremely undersized zipper broke after the first use. Also, when temperatures get into the single digits, the cover becomes brittle and rips with little force. Purchasing and modifying a generic tarp would have been a better choice. I am hoping the cover makes it through the season.

I ordered 3 of these. Delivery was quick, but this prduct is not worth the price. The first one I opened was missing two zippers. The second one had a broken zipper. The material is very thin and the zippers are small and flimsy. I didn't even bother to open the third package. I took all three to the nearest Home Depot for a refund.
