Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 57 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very good purchase Fairly easy to assemble. Very sturdy and can handle heavy loads. August 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect in the Barn We bought one of these carts to replace a lighter duty unit that had broken down on us. We use the cart everyday to clean horse stalls in our barn. The instructions were usable if you have previous experience assembling products, but might be lacking for the first timer. I would have given this a five star rating, but ours was missing hardware. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Its already cracked Ive owned this less than 60 days & the tub has already cracked. Im using it for horse manure only. It cracked in the center of tub near lip from dumping loads. Also it has a poor ergonomic design for shorter people, the handle is set too high causing the feet to drag when a shorter person (5' 4") pushes it. June 13, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Like the capacity but doesn't dump cleanly and not as durable as I would like I have had one of these for about 4 years, I really like the big capacity but it you have to lift the handle really high setting the cart on its nose to dump everything out of it. this puts the weight of the load on the nose of the cart and my cart has large cracks in this area now. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product Assembled exactly as described in the instructions (was missing two washers-that's the ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars). Indestructible tub. I used to have an 8 cu.ft. yard cart and thought this yard carts capacity might be "too small" but it's size is just right. With the knowledge I have now, if I needed a yard cart or a wheelbarrow I ABSOLUTELY would buy this. I especially like the feature of a single handle as opposed to two separate handles as on my previous yard cart and wheelbarrows I've owned. February 21, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pneumatic Tires Was looking for a cart with solid tires, and from the description given on the Home Depot site ("Solid rubber spoked wheels"), thought that was what I was getting. However, the tires are pneumatic with plastic rims. Have had problems in the past with these types of tires, but so far, they have worked okay, so will hope for the best. Also, product arrived short 4 washers needed for assembly. Fortunately we were able to scrounge up some old ones to make do. Overall the cart is solid, and I like the fact that it is deep, so carries a good load while still being pretty maneuverable, even in thicker grass. I would give it a try if you are looking for a stable two-wheeled cart. Just watch you don't get the tires over-inflated when the weather turns hot! May 2, 2011
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cart is great, missing hardware is still an issue The cart is exactly what we were looking for; deep tub, two wheels, well balanced, easy to maneuver and the cart components are made of sturdy materials. The reason for three stars is the missing hardware. When Googling this cart a common problem across numerious reviews is missing hardware. I had hoped that Polar had addressed the issue and gotten everything squared away in time for my order :). Unfortunately I was missing nine (9) washers, a bolt and a nut. not a big problem, HD had the parts I needed to get it put together, but it's the principle of the thing. I think Polar really needs to look at their packing and shipping process as the problem continues to be prevalent. Griping aside, the cart is perfect for hauling six yards of compost into the garden. It is very easy to lift and move. The tires work well across lawns and other uneven surfaces. the height makes it easy to dump into a raised bed garden. I'll let my son use the old traditional one wheel wheelbarrow. I would defintely recommend this cart with the caveat that the parts you WILL need are cheap. I need to add that I did contact Polar and they apologized and shipped the missing parts, but they would not get here in time hence my trip to HD. March 31, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Withstood a heavy load and was stable As noted in other reviews, missing four washers for assembly. One bolt broke in half during assembly. Assembly took about 30 minutes with one person, very easy overall. In use, moved 9 tons of 3 inch gravel, downhill on a dirt path. Wheelbarrow was very stable, easy to control and fill and dump. Seems no worse for wear after this use. Was very balanced and easy to push. Overall very good except for the missing parts and broken bolt. Would recommend and would purchase again. January 17, 2012
