Customer Reviews

18-Gauge 1-1/4 in. Brad and 23-Gauge 1 in. Pin Nailer Kit-DISCONTINUED is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product & price - great tools make the job easier! I purchased a set of Husky nailers, tried them once, and was not satisfied. My Brother reminded me, when it comes to tools, you get what you pay for. He prefers DeWalt & Porter Cable, so I ordered the Porter Cable Nailer Kit on-line. In this case he was both right & wrong, high quality Porter Cable nailers worked perfectly, but I got more than I paid for with this Home Depot Special Buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tools at a great price Got these in the mail while I was finishing up some wood floors so I used them to install new baseboard. Hooked them up to my compressor and used the supplied nails. Worked like a charm and was done in a flash. The bonus carrying bag was cool too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Both guns are easy to use. The pin nailer allows for holding the wood without leaving a nail head visible. I was looking for a pin nailer and found this great deal. I was paying less for the pin nailer and getting the brad nailer for free. I have had good luck with Porter-Cable nail guns.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent package deal. Ready to use right out of box. Nice kit. I can't give this a 5 star ONLY because I have not used it yet. This review is based on the product and literature. I found the kit contained everything you need to begin using it. each gun came with 500 pins/nails for each gun, so you can get a feel for each. safety glasses and storage bag was a nice touch, too. Both manuals were straight forward and if read, makes you feel comfortable with the guns before even using them. Without using them yet, i cannot speak to the gun performance yet. but based on researching and other reviews, i believe they are going to be great in that area as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light weight, easy to handle, works well. The pin nailer is light weight and balanced for easy use. Only two negative comments. Would be better with sinking depth control and the point on the head leaves marks on the wood surface. If the tip of the head was flat and maybe a rubber protector, as with the brad nailer, was used, there may not be any marks left on the wood surface. Overall, pleased with both the brad nailer and the pin nailer.
