Had one since 2003 did regular tune ups with the B&S kit that they sell at Home Depot. Worked till last week and finally threw a rod. Buying another one today.

I got what I consider a very good deal on a quality mower, but I really can't rate it very well as I haven't even taken it out of the box as it is still winter here in Ohio.

First of all - Thanks to Carolyn at Home Depot - she went above and beyond to try and help me. Now the downside. Mower came without the oil fill spout - shown in pictures and in specs. I called Poulan CS and they told me I had to contact Briggs & Stratton CS. Briggs & Stratton CS was surly and no help at all - he said that Poulan did not order it for that engine. I called Poulan CS back and the rep looked it up and confirmed that it was ordered, but that I had to get Briggs & Stratton to send it to me. This is a CS nightmare!!!! I took it back to Home Depot and ordered another one - hope this one comes with it! If not, I will never buy another Briggs & Stratton product.

Great mower. I bought this for my lawn care business so I could bag residential yards with small backyard gates. It has a bit of blow out during mulching, but this is an awesome bagging mower. The high lift blade has great suction, able to pick up clippings from sidewalks and driveways. It's great for leaves too. And you can't beat the price. Buying another.

This product is well built and very well suited for my yard. It has options for mulching, bagging or side discharge. It also has a clean out feature for easy maintenance. It does the trick for me.

I bought this on the deliver to store option. Upon unpacking, I found the front wheels, adjusters and some other parts damaged - obviously from a fall from great height during shipping. Returned it the next day and it was no longer available on the website! Too bad. This would have been my mower of choice.
