Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Daggs9 Cheaply made and broke down after 1 season...
Bought mine last year and used it for 1 season. Now I am in the Blizzard of 2015 and the the wheels have seized up and I am stuck shoveling it by hand, which is the whole reason why I bought it in the first place....Perfect timing. Likey a simple fix, like a belt or something to propel the wheels.... but the bottom line is that it should break down after 1 season...Now after spending over $600 on my new snowblower.. I am going to be spending money after the first season for repairs..... Not happy with my purchase at all....

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by joepolchin poor quality; won't last
I have used it for 4 winters, each winter 3 snows on average. And the 2nd stage auger no longer works. Poor quality. Considering I spent between 8 and 9 hundred dollars to buy the product, it is not a good deal. I expected it to last longer. Also notice that the manufacture warranty is only 2 years.

Bought this blower last season, used it once in Oct 2012. Stored away as per manual and kept it in garage.
I checked it to make sure everything was running ok before storm hit yesterday 2/8/13 and it was fine. Today I started it up and it ran fine while warming, then it started to smoke really bad. I removed the belt cover and the auger belt was twisted and burnt.
When I touched the belt I noticed it was dry rot. How can a new machine have a belt rot after one use and stored indoors? Now I have to take it somewhere to get belts replaced because belts are not covered under warranty. I know it sounds stupid but have them take the cover off and check belts before buying. Very fustrating to spend money on something brand new that you can't use .

...assembly was easy. The machine easily handled our first snowstorm---which was heavy, lake-effedt snow.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GoYard Its a beast
Plenty of power. Clears snow right down to the concrete on sidewalk and driveway. Starts easily with pull chord or electric start. One hand operation feature is a plus. Convenient controls. Well built, sturdy steel construction. Only one issue needs resolution: Chute control lever doesn't always rotate chute without manual help from a second hand. Called cutomer support and was told to take unit to authorized repair shop. Would have rated "excellent" in all categories if not for the one issue.

She is a beast!!!!Over the last 4.5 months, wet snow. dry snow. deep drifts. You name it. Starts every time and I don't even use the electric start. A couple of hours running time on the gas tank
This past year, 83 inches of snow and counting. Everyone on the block knows when she fires up and she means business. They all wished they had mine. Clears deep snow in the street and skoffs at most drifts. If you get a lot of snow, you will be very happy you bought it. I am
