When I connect this coupler to the spray wand of Power Care 18 ft telescoping pole, the coupler spins around. Is this correct?

Shoudn't the pivoting coupler fit snugly/tightly into the quick-connect tip of the spray wand? The way it fits now, it seems like the coupler is going to spin around in circles once it begins to spray water.

Answer:
Something is amiss in the coupling process. You probably do not have the sleeve pushed up all the way to make good connection with the coupler. It should not spin at all when attached to the wand.

When pressure builds it tightens the swivel and keeps it from spining.

Answer:
IT DOES NOT SPIN AROUND...THE PRESSURE OUT KEEPS IT SEATED FIRMLY UNLESS YOU CHANGE THE ANGLE AND THAT HAS TO BE DONE WITH POWER OFF...IT WON'T SPIN...
I LOVE MINE FOR ALL WASHING BUT IT IS BEST ON THE CAR WHEEL WELLS

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 30 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by P/W angle head Great idea, but my connect head does stay locked in the position selected so I have to stop and reposition the head. May 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Power care Quick connect pivoting coupler Great it will save you time and make your your project easier May 17, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by meh Doesnt pivot/rotate nearly enough to be worth while. Well built though. April 26, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Real loss in pressure A great looking product but a fair performer. Due to turbulence in the device, the pivot redirects the flow of water at a significant loss of water pressure. Don't expect to obtain the same cleaning power as a direct flow from the wand to the surface. January 12, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent product, doesn't function very well for my application Purchased the fitting to connect a 15" circular spray head to my pressure washer. Fitting connects easily enough, however, there is no method to stabilize the rotating arm which complicates proper movement of the spray head to maintain control. Perhaps another fitting without the rotating arm is available. If it is, I would buy it. This fitting would be fine to blow leaves from gutters or wash the under-body of a vehicle. September 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice addition to basic sprayer This coupling did exactly what I expected and wanted it to do. Very handy for working in tight spaces when you have to direct the spray off at an angle. November 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This coupler makes it easy to reach hard to reach places and directs the spray to the exact spot needed. This coupler makes it easy to reach hard to reach, and awkward places. June 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick-connect is a quick helper I was a little skeptical thinking that the connector would just spin around and around with the pressure of the water. Quite the contrary. The connector stays locked in place because of the water pressure and I can change the direction very quickly. Great quick-connect that I wish I had purchased years earlier! August 18, 2015
