I bought this guy to clear my deck for the winter. So I live outside Buffalo NY right smack dab in the middle of the recent 8 foot snow storm. Taking my time I cleared the deck. I figured this would kill the machine but nope it all I expected and more.

Good snow blower for the price, did the job well. Quality of the parts is lacking, the steel auger cracked after a year.

this is the first blower I had the chance to own. I must say, it has saved my back. My driveway is 30 foot by 20 foot, and gravel. Blower has whipped through the last three storms (this week) in no time at all. it throws snow far, and i like the adjusting arm that throws the snow, you can aim the snow into the wind, and it wont come back on you. they were, 8 inches, 4 inches, and 2 inches, and all no problem. Gravel is tricky as you don't want the blower to throw stones, Just keep the front end up slightly. and i cleared a trail around mu house for my little dog Lenny to go out on so he is not coped up to my driveway. glad i bought it, and free shipping, and cheaper than gas.

Went together easy enough but the chute design is terrible. The chute and gear to operate the chute is plastic and the teeth on the gear to turn the chute are too short which means that when you attempt to use the handle to turn the chute it just clicks and stays in place, We now move the chute by hand which can also be difficult as it gets stuck sometimes. We really needed something small to handle the deck and clean up next to things that our gas blower can't so we did not bother returning it. I get that it's cheap but when you buy something it should work as designed regardless of price.

There's not much to assemble. There was a couple of things that might help others. The crank that turns the chute comes in two parts. I thought there would be two pieces in the box. Only one. I figured I would call and report the missing part after finish. Then I went to attach the chute and there was the second rod and it was already attached. Should have unwrapped everything ahead of time. One of the hole on the handles was too small, had to drill to make it larger so the bolt would joint both handles together. No big thing. By the way it works great!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Zednoy Great deal for the money
Very easy to assemble, worked well in our latest 11.5" snowfall by making several passes. I didn't expect a snowblower that would be adequate to clear the roads in British Columbia, and this wasn't, but I was very satisifed with the overall functionality. Am buying a second one (if they come back into stock) for my daughter and son in law. Wife also uses and likes it.
The chute swivel mechanism is a little rough.....mostly plastic,,,,sometimes has to be coaxed to rotate if icy. But for the price, a definite good investment.

We bought the snow blower to clear snow off a porch. It is all that I expected -- light, easy to use, and able to throw snow a distance. The quality of this inexpensive machine is excellent. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it arrived with a key part missing, the handle to turn the shoot. The manufacturer was quick to send the part, so I'll give an extra half star.

It is a helpful tool in larger snow falls, but there are two major issues that keep me from recommending this product. 1) The chute for the snow does not turn to 90degrees. This might not matter to some, but with the shape of my driveway, it is not acceptable to throw the snow into the road, and therefore I have to do a complex dance of turns to avoid it. If the chute turned just a little more, it would be fine. 2) It sounds like a jet engine is attempting take off. I would never use it before 10a.
